Lead charges for lead exceeding 1 kilometre but not exceeding 2 kilometres

Providing and constructing "L" shaped Haunching 100mm in wall and 100mm in slab of (size 100mm X 100mm), minimum 15mm thickness at edges using CM 1:3:1 using 6mm downgraded chips admixed with CERA LATEX SBR @ 1kg per 50kg (1 bag) of cement as specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in roof joints, terrace corners, gutter junctions, expansion joint area etc.

Providing on the floor area by screeding with screed concrete of M20 grade with total minimum cementitious content (cement + fly ash content not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitious content) 320kg/cum of concrete and minimum cement content of 256 Kg/cum of concrete (shall be using 10mm down aggregate) admixed with crystalline based integral water proofing admixture CERA CRYSTALLINE INTEGRAL / Conplast / SIKA WT-215P or equivalent at the ratio specified by manufacturer recommendation to the required thickness of depending on the downtake pipes available including applying one coat bonding polymer modified mortar 1 : 2 (1 cement : 2 sand) admixed with CERA LATEX SBR / FOSROC NITO BOND SBR / SIKA additive or Equivalent at 3kg per bag of cement by manually with compressed air under pressure over the prepared surface at all locations and all the elevation as specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The area shall be tested for any leakages by ponding of water (water holding test) before and after application of treatment in panels. (panels shall be made by least ratio of cement mortar and the same shall be thoroughly cleaned before receiving further treatment). 2)This item shall includes placing the pumpable concrete by boom placer, concrete pump, supply of RMC concrete in Tranist mixer as directed by Engineer-in-charge if bulk quantity is required according site condition. 3)Concrete shall be placed in layers such a way that fiber glass mesh will be fixed in between layers and Fixing of fiber glass mesh shall be paid under separate item.

Providing water proofing treatment to the RCC cast insitu terrace and gutters using ‘CERA WP SHIELD P4180’ 4mm thick and ‘CERA WP SHIELD SLATED’ 4mm thick as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) The existing tarfelt, bituminous primer, WP Tiles and foam concrete, waterproofing membranes & cement based water proofing treatment, and all types of water proofing treatment shall be removed completely by cutting and peeling off from the surface and disposing the same 50m beyond the building area. b)" V" grooves shall be cut along the surface crack and the same shall be filled with cementitious non shrink grout CERA GROUT 40 of CERA / FOSROC / SIKA or equivalent after applying a lavish coat of polymer based bonding agent CERA LATEX SBR of CERA / FOSROC / SIKA. c) "V" grooves shall be cut along the construction joints on wall - slab joints and filled with cement sand mortar admixed with styrene butadian rubber based additive CERA LATEX SBR from CERA / FOSROC / SIKA or equivalent . d) The area shall be tested for any leakages by ponding of water (water holding test) before and after application of treatment in panels. (panels shall be made by least ratio of cement mortar and the same shall be thoroughly cleaned before receiving further treatment). e) When the entire surface is water-tight, dry and moisture free, one coat of bituminous primer shall be applied over surface @ 0.3 kg/sqm and 1st layer of 5 - layered, 4mm thick, polymer reinforced APP membrane WP SHIELD P4180 from CERA / FOSROC / SIKA shall be laid with 200mm overlapping by torch - on application when the primed surface is tacky and as per the manufacturer's recommendation. f) The second layer of 5 - layered, 4mm thick, polymer reinforced APP membrane WP SHIELD - SLATED from CERA / FOSROC / SIKA shall be laid with 150mm overlapping by torch - on application when the primed surface is tacky and as per the manufacturer's recommendation shall be laid in perpendicular direction to the first layer. Note: i) The treatment should be done by an agency specialised in the job having sufficient knowledge of water proofing treatment. Suggested vendors : (1) M/s. Cera-Chem Pvt. Ltd., Chemicals (2) M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. Chemicals ii) Ten years guarantee shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed form of the department for the above water proofing treatment work. iii) The work described above is to be executed at a height of 8.0m and necessary lifting arrangements for material and men movement should be arranged by the contractor by his own cost. Iv) All necessary safety permits should be obtained from safety division as admissible.

Providing and erecting in position the winch for lifting the materials at all levels of capacity 1.00MT, including providing operator, platforms to unload the materials at top, adhering all safety measures for safety operation of winch etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The winch shall be erected and maintained till completion of work and payment will be based on monthly rental.

Supplying and fixing Strip seal of CERA MEC SS adhesive on both sides of expansion joint to a minimum width of 50mm. Immediately place the CERA MEC STRIPSEAL over the applied CERA MEC SS adhesive area.. Ensure alignment of the CERA MEC STRIPSEAL (200mm) is equal on both sides of the expansion joint. Iron the srrip from above using rubber wheel roller to remove air pockets & wrinkles. The overlapping of strip shall be bonded using suitable hot air blower or rubber adhesive. Make sure that overlapping of strip at the joint should be minimum 10cm. Proper ironing of strip should be done at the joint to avoid any cavities, wrinkles and air pockets. Note: The area shall be tested for any leakage by ponding water in panels. Incase of any leaks found grouting shall be done with contractor's own cost.

Providing, fixing and grouting with cera inject SS, fixing non returnable packer into the roof slab to a depth of 30mm for grouting purposes including injection packer, packer connector, labour for packing fixing, labour for packer grouting and applying cera inject SS of 1.14g/cc and cera inject LV plus of 1.04g/cc mixing in ratio of 1:1 and having a pot life upto 6 to 8 hours for arresting roof leaks, low roof leakages, under ground sump leaks at various elevations including all machinery, tools, manpower, necessary scaffoldings and as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The consumption of grout material measured for bill is the actual quality of intake during grouting. Wastages during grouting process not considered for measurement.

Providing Structural repair work to the exposed reinforced concrete surfaces of columns, beams, slabs, window sills, staircase and lintel cum sunshades at all locations and at all elevations by guniting including preparing the surface, providing and applying 2 coats of anti- corrosive coating using CERA ZINC-ZR / NITOZINC from FOSROC / SIKA or equivalent, providing and applying 25mm thick polymer modified mortar by manually over a coat of polymer bonding agent CERA LATEX SBR / NITOBOND SBR LATEX from FOSROC / SIKAor equivalent @ 2kg per bag of cement and cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles, equipment’s, fuel & transport etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge and as per the specifications. a) Chipping, grinding and removing all the porous / loose parts, cracked / damaged concrete to the required sound concrete surface, exposing the rods and cleaning any foreign materials including removing the rust and loose scales from the exposed reinforcement with wire and coir brushes and cleaning the entire surface by blowing compressed air and / or water jet. etc. complete. b) Providing and applying epoxy zinc rich primer of CERA ZINC-ZR / NITOZINC from FOSROC /SIKA or equivalent in 2 coats to the exposed reinforcement and new reinforcement after doing the necessary surface preparation. c) Providing and applying a coat of polymer bonding agent CERA LATEX SBR / NITOBOND EP from FOSROC / SIKA or equivalent to the cleaned and prepared concrete surface. d) Applying polymer modified mortar using 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) admixed with CERA LATEX SBR / NITO BOND SBR LATEX from FOSROC / SIKA additive or equivalent @ 2 kg per bag of cement for a thickness of 25mm by manually over the prepared surface at all locations and all elevations. Note: 1) Scaffolding work will be paid in separate item. 2) The contractor shall arrange the suitable safety arrangements for executing the work at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing pressure grouting to the wall, Roof slab, underground and basement area & Roof ceiling area of buildings using GI Nipple and grouting the same with neat cement slurry admixture with expanding grouting additive CERAEXPAN 250@ or euivalent 225 gms per bag of cement etc.complete. Note :a) 10mm dia holes shall be drilled at 100mm to 300mm away from the joints or cracks or leakage points at an angle of 45 degrees to intercept the plane of joint/crack inside the wall after identifying and marking the leakage location.b) 100 mm long 10mm dia Non-return injection packers shall be fixed 200 mm to 300 mm apart along the construction joints and cracks into the drilled holes and tightened using spanners and cured for a day.c) single component hydrophobic PU Injection resin CERA EXPAN 250 or equivalent @225gms per bag of cement shall be injected through the packers fixed using SWM1000 grouting machine and allowed become closed cell foam,blocking the cavities inside the concrete . The treated area shall be observed for a day.The process shall be repeated if the leakage points shift to other location.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
