Supplying and fixing in position 75mmx50mm size Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) solid door frame confirmed ti IS:2380 latest having density of minimum 850 Kg/Cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2000 N at face and 1600 N at edge, water absorption less than 1%, Class A fire resistance and tensile strength greater than 12 MPa including fixing required hardware fittings, required screws, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in position single leaf/double leaves of 28mm thick non decorative type factory made Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) solid door shutters confirmed ti IS:2380 latest having density of minimum 650 Kg/Cum, screw withdrawal strength of 1500 N at face and 1000 N at edge, water absorption less than 1%, Class A fire resistance and tensile strength greater than 12 MPa including fixing required hardware fittings, fixing door using required screws, including providing recessions for hinges, finishing all edges with mixture of PVC powder & solvent for smooth finish, The door shutter shall be fixed with the following hardware fittings: - a) 4 Nos. of 75 mm long stainless steel butt hinges of GARG brand bearing ISI mark with suitable stainless steel screws. b) Two numbers of 125mm long anodised of make aluminium D handle Classic/Crown or approved equivalent as per IS - 208 bearing ISI mark with suitable CP screws. c) Two numbers of 150mm long stainless steel baby latch type/cranked type tower bolt with suitable CP screws. d) One number of 50mm long solid PVC door buffer with 75mm long CP screws. Note: - 1) All furniture fittings shall be of approved quality and make. 2) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of fixing of door shutters with required hardware fittings as detailed above. 3) The PVC Integral Foam shall be factory manufactured solid section of light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides. 4) The entire door shall be jointless shutter. 5) The sizes shall be approximately 700 mm x 2100mm, however exact dimensions shall be measured at site before manufacturing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel (SS 304 Grade) adjustable friction windows stays of size 205x19mm of Geetavin/Imex or approved quality with necessary stainless steel screws to the side hung windows as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in position ornamental aluminium anodized grill standard section of deco grill or any other approved equivalent with aluminium matt finish having grill pattern 75x75mm of 7mm thick for window opening fitted with aluminium channel, beading clips, etc., complete all as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Sample of grill shall be got approved before bulk purchase.

Servicing the aluminium glazed windows, frames and sliding shutters of different sizes in various elevations including cleaning guide ways of outer frame and shutter and other minor repairing and correction required for the free movement of sliding for and locking shutter to be properly achieved etc. complete any replacement of wornout item with a new materials will be paid for separately under relevant schedule items all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing the aluminium doors of different sizes at various lifts, fully panelled/partly glazed including oiling and minor adjustment of hydraulic floor spring and hydraulic door closers, tie rod and dead lock has required for smooth movement of doors with screws, bolts and nuts wherever required for free movement of doors and locking of shutters to be properly achieved etc. complete any replacement of wornout item with a new materials will be paid for separately under relevant schedule items all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and Fixing the following approved make and type hardware fixtures with suitable screws/ nuts and bolts etc. including removing the existing damaged fixture complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of ‘Sliding assembly set heavy duty (70kg) with steel bracket, G- type - Triple ball bearing roller - 1 set’ for sliding door including necessary stopper, screws, fixing labours etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing Homogeneous PVC sheet, 2mm thick, conforming to IS:3462 latest edition in flooring and skirting (Polyfloor or approved equivalent make) in approved pattern, colour & shade on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop-S -758, or Fevicol SR 998, or approved equivalent including cleaning & preparation of surface, levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required, rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Removing, re-fixing and minor repairing works for the wooden doors & windows such as planing the surface, fixing screws etc.. steel door, shutters, frames, false ceiling, partition, venetian blinds, adjusting the door closer & floor spring, and cutting of glass, shifting of materials, chain link fence rectification, drilling of holes, removing & fixing of fasteners, Shaft removal and refxing, checking the alignment etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Required fasteners and material shall be paid under relevant item.

Providing and Fixing in position Suspended false ceiling system using 600 x 600mm Mineral Fibre Reinforced Factory applied Vinyl painted ARMSTRONG Ceiling tiles or approved equivalent make & pattern, Tiles having 16/15mm thick, and approved surface Design and edge Profile (TEGULAR or Equivalent ) placed in a suspended Grid of size of 600x 600mm made of Hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of Pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24x32x1200mm shall be suspended at 1200mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level adjusters. The cross tees of size 24x27x1200mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main Tees at 600mm centres and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer TEEs, cross Tees of size 24x25x600mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600x600mm resting on the Perifery walls on wall angles of size 24mmx24mm including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, Trap doors etc to be made as per layout Drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The main Tees to be suspended from the ceiling / Soffit with the help of metal dash fastners of 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35x1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips. The entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 kg/Sq.m. Only False Ceiling area will be Measured for the Purpose of Payment.

Providing and applying all weather high performance premium silicon/solvent based sealant of ‘BOSTIK or approved equivalent brand and type’ around the gap between window and wall including application by gun, cost of sealant etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing stainless steel Mosquito mesh with wooden frames of size 40x25mm in all sides including all fixtures,nails, labour etc. complete all as per directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding .
