HOUSEKEEPING OF LABORATORY BUILDING , Providing Janitorial Services in location for cleaning toilets, bath rooms, urinal pots, water closets, wash basins, sinks and any other such fixture located at all the buildings of the terminal using water, acid, phenyl etc on daily basis on all working days.Collection of waste materials, waste papers, used carbons, and other waste from dustbins kept at various places of the buildings located in the terminal premises and disposal. Job include sweeping or wet mopping using water and good quality phenyl or detergent for floors, steps, other office spaces. Phenyl or detergent to be supplied by Corporation. Cleaning the Office tables, Wooden partitions and Tea pots etc., with soft cloth and cleansing chemicals on daily basis and ensure no stains. Cleansing chemicals will be supplied by Corporation. Cleaning the Computers with soft cloth and ensure free of dust.

HOUSEKEEPING OF TANK FARM , Sweeping the inside dyke area and cleaning of drains and surroundings of tank farm area. Removing the Oil Stains from area floor with SKO or dispersant or any other chemical and cotton waste as and when required. SKO or Dispersant or Chemical and cotton waste will be provided by the Corporation. Removing the spillages if any in Dyke area and put in back in the pit. Cleaning of the equipment with cloths on once in a week or as advised by officer in charge in presence of operator. Cleaning the entire structures with cloths, brooms and removing the cobwebs, bird droppings etc. Necessary equipment or brooms or tools required for cobweb cleaning at such heights to arranged by contractor. Job includes cleaning of valves, DBBV and ROSOV etc.

HOUSEKEEPING OF FIRE PUMP HOUSE , Job includes the following area under work scope --� Fire Pump House, Area in front, roads around and lawn on both sides Jobs includes cleaning of concrete floors inside the fire pump house as well as around the pump house, approach path way of the fire pump house., collection of waste papers, debris, cotton waste, and other waste from open areas. Job includes regular cleaning of cobwebs inside the roof of the sheds as well as around the sheds. Necessary equipment or brooms or tools required for cobweb cleaning at such heights to arranged by contractor. Job shall also include flush removal of spilled oils in or around Fire pump house. Job includes cleaning of diesel tanks from outside on regular basis. Job includes cleaning of structure and approaches of suction and delivery valves. Job also include cleaning of equipment as directed by officer in-charge. If required vacuum cleaner shall be supplied by contractor.

Cleaning of concrete floors, collection of waste papers, debris, cotton waste, and other waste from open areas. Jobs shall be planned and executed without any hindrance to the terminal operations. Job includes Collection of oil soaked cotton waste and other garbage on daily basis and dispose it at unobjectionable place outside the terminal.

HIRING OF TRACTOR SERVICES , SUPPLY OF TRACTOR WITH LICENSED DRIVER PER HOUR. MINIMUM PERIOD FOR WHICH THE TRACTOR TRAILER SHALL BE HIRED EACH TIME IS TWO HOURS. FOR EVERY ADDITIONAL HOUR, CHARGES PER HOUR SHALL BE PAID. PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE FOR THE ACTUAL TIME TAKEN FOR TRACTOR TRAILER WORKING HOURS AT SITE. FOR OBTAINING THE GATE PASSES FOR TRACTOR TRAILER ENTRY, CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH OFFICER WELL IN ADVANCE. Vendor has to arrange Tractor for shifting of all wastes collected in operating areas and admin building areas etc. and load the wastes with help of regularly deployed contract workers by party and unload the same outside premises at unobjectionable place of Municipality. Job needs to be executed on Monthly one time basis or as per OIC instruction.

HOUSEKEEPING OF ROADS AND PATHWAYS , PROVIDING SERVICES FOR DAILY CLEANING ALL ROADS INSIDE THE PLANT AND ALL PATHWAYS INSIDE THE PLANT. THE DAILY CLEANING SHALL INVOLVE BROOMING, GRASS AND WEEDS REMOVAL, AND DISPOSAL OF SAME IN A MANNER AS ADVISED BY THE OFFICER-IN-CHARGE. ALL THE DRUMS WHICH ARE KEPT AT VARIOUS SPOTS INSIDE PLANT AREA AND SERVE AS DUSTBINS, SHALL ALSO BE CLEANED ON DAILKY BASIS AND THE WASTE MATERIAL INSIDE THE DRUMS SHALL BE PROPERLY SEGGREGATED AS DEGRADABLE AND NON-DEGRADABLE WASTE. THESE WASTE MATERIALS SHALL THEN BE DISPOSED AT AT PLACE AND MANNER AS ADVISED BY THE OFFICER-IN-CHARGE. THE CLEANING SHALL INVOLVE BROOMING, REMOVAL OF DIRT, GRASS AND WEEDS AND DISPOSAL OF SAME IN A MANNER AS ADVISED BY THE OFFICER-IN-CHARGE.

HIRING JCB , PROVIDING and OPERATION OF JCB FOR MISCELLANEOUS JOBS ON RENT BASIS, AS and WHEN ADVISED BY HPCL. PAYMENT TO BE MADE ON PER HOUR BASIS. PROVIDING REQUIRED JCB(BACKHOE LOADER) SERVICES FOR JOBS . THE JOB SCOPE INCLUDES PROVIDING JCB(BACKHOE LOADER) WITH OPERATOR, DRIVER, AND HELPERS FOR OPERATING THE JCB(BACKHOE LOADER) . IT ALSO INCLUDES SUPPLY OF FUEL, LUBRICANTS, TOOLS AND TACKLES AND EVERYTHING REQUIRED TO FACILITATE SMOOTH OPERATION OF THE JCB(BACKHOE LOADER) . NOTES TO SCOPE, 1. All the areas underneath of connecting platforms , unloading platforms and loading plaftorms. The cleaning shall done using water with or without soap or cleaning agent ass advised by the officer in- charge.

HOUSEKEEPING OF TLF GANTRY , TLF Gantries , Concrete Area around, roads around, lawns area around Gantries. Scope includes both the TLF Gantries, Additive dosing Shed, Ethanol unloading shed. Janitorial service jobs of the above areas in LOCATION on daily basis in all working days. Jobs shall be planned and executed without any hindrance to the terminal operations. Job includes Collection of oil soaked cotton waste and other garbage on daily basis and dispose it at unobjectionable place outside the terminal Sweeping the Gantries and above mentioned areas on daily basis. Attending the Oil Spillages at gantries immediately as and when required. Removing the Oil Stains in Gantry RCC apron and UG tank farm with SKO or dispersant or any other chemical and cotton waste as and when required. Cleaning the entire gantry structures with brooms and removing the cobwebs, bird droppings etc. Cleaning the loading arms with Cotton Waste and SKO to remove the oil stains once in a fortnight. Job also include fortnightly cleaning of the water tank of Eye Wash facility at the TT Gantry.Clearing of drains in and around Gantries, Pump house, ETP, UG tank farm from silt or mud or debris or oil. Any oil observed in drain to be routed to the ETP under supervision of operator or officer.

HOUSKEEPING WELFARE BUILDING , Job includes the following area, welfare building, roads around and lawn in front Providing Janitorial Services in LOCATION for cleaning toilets, bath rooms, urinal pots, water closets, wash basins, sinks and any other such fixture located at welfare building of the terminal using water, acid, phenyl etc on daily basis on all working days. Liquid soap to be provided as per requirement of users. Collection of waste materials, waste papers, used carbons, and other waste from dustbins kept at various places of the buildings located in the terminal premises and disposal.

HOUSEKEEPING OF MCC , Job includes the following area under work scope --� Control Room building, Roads around and approach, lawns on both sides. Collection of waste materials, waste papers, used carbons, and other waste from dustbins kept at various places of the buildings located in the terminal premises and disposal. Job include sweeping or wet mopping using water and good quality phenyl or detergent for floors, steps, other spaces. Toilets should be cleaned daily with phenyl if required with acid for absolute cleanliness, once in the morning before 09 00 Hrs. and subsequently after every 2 hrs. Phenyl or acid will be supplied by Corporation. Officer or Designated person signature has to be taken on the job card or checklist on daily basis. Cleaning of Glasses on window panes on daily basis with the soft cloth and cleansing chemicals Soft cloth and cleansing chemicals are supplied by Corporation. Job includes cleaning of the network and panel cabinets from outside in supervision of the officer in-charges and as directed by officer in charge regularly.

MAINTENANCE OF GREEN BELT AREA,LAWN AND PLANT ,GARDENING, GRASS CUTTING , Scope Includes maintaining the lawns with all the plants, trees and grass carpet in the best of conditions. There are areas earmarked for the plantation or development of green belt, Miyawaki Forest, Vegetable cultivations etc inside depot. The job including regular watering, removal of unwanted vegetation from the grass lawn and around the plants, trimming of plants as required, using manure, insecticide as required for growth and maintenance of plants, grass carpet as required, including grass cutting, trimming. Manure etc will be supplied by the terminal. Water will be provided by the corporation however flexible piping, nozzles, spray to be provided by contractor. Any new plants, grass carpet will have to planted and maintained in the abovementioned areas without any additional cost. Cost of plants, grass will be borne by terminal. If any of the above mentioned area is not maintained properly, proportionate deductions will be made from the bills. Contractor has to quote accordingly.

HIRING OF HYDRA CRANE , PROVIDING HYDRA WITH OPERATOR, DRIVER, RIGGERS AND HELPERS FOR OPERATING THE HYDRA WITH TOOLS AND TACKLES. LIFTING CAPACITY UP TO 10 TONS TO 14 TONS. WITH CURRENT CERTIFICATE FROM AN AUTHORISED AGENCY REGARDING SAFE LIFTING LOAD. THE MINIMUM PERIOD FOR WHICH THE HYDRA SHALL BE HIRED EACH TIME IS TWO HOURS. FOR EVERY ADDITIONAL HOUR, CHARGES PER HOUR SHALL BE PAID. PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE FOR THE ACTUAL TIME TAKEN FOR HYDRA WORKING HOURS AT SITE. FOR OBTAINING THE GATE PASSES FOR HYDRA ENTRY, CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH OFFICER IN CHARGE WELL IN ADVANCE. HYDRA OPERATOR AND THE HELPER SHOULD BE CONVERSANT WITH ALL DEPOTS SAFETY PRACTICES.

HIRING OF PANTRY SERVICE , SCOPE OF JOB INCLUDES MANAGING OF THE OFFICE PANTRY, KEEPING THE OFFICE PANTRY CLEAN. WASHING OF THE CROCKERY ITEMS AND STACKING THEM SAFELY. SCOPE INCLUDES PREPARING TEA or COFEE or SNACKS or BREAKFAST or LUNCH FOR OFFICE STAFF, HEATING THE TIFFINS OF EMPLOYEES IN MICROWAVE AND SERVING THEM ON TABLE. WASHING AND CLEANING OF THE TIFFIN BOXES AFTER LUNCH. SERVING WATER TO ALL OFFICERS AND STAFF or GUESTS or OFFICIALS. ASSISTANCE IN BUYING PROVISIONS, MILK ETC FOR OFFICE. Job includes cleaning of the network and panel cabinets from outside in supervision of the officer in-charges and as directed by officer in charge regularly.

HOUSEKEEPING OF DRIVER REST ROOM AND PARKING AREA , Providing Janitorial Services in location for cleaning toilets, bath rooms, urinal pots, water closets, wash basins, sinks and any other such fixture located at Driver Restroom building of the terminal using water, acid, phenyl etc on daily basis on all working days. Collection of waste materials, waste papers, used carbons, and other waste from dustbins kept at various places of the buildings located in the terminal premises and disposal. Toilets should be cleaned daily with phenyl if required with acid for absolute cleanliness, once in the morning before 09 00 Hrs and subsequently after every 2 hrs. Job includes regular cleaning of cobwebs inside the roof of the sheds as well as around the sheds. Necessary equipment or brooms or tools required for cobweb cleaning at such heights to arranged by contractor. Timely filling of water on overhead tanks and noting water meter reading on daily basis. The item also covers TT parking security cabin as well as TT Parking area. Any non-compliance in carrying out above described activity shall result in penalties to the contractor which shall be debited from contractor�s monthly bills.

HOUSEKEEPING OF TW SIDING , Housekeeping HPCL side siding dedicated manpower for the job to be uses and when required. Record of cleaning to be maintained and same needs to be certified by officer in charge

WATER TANK CLEANING , Cleaning of Water tanks installed for Admin building, Lab, T T crew room and Raw water tanks installed for pumping water from Open well and RO. Payment to be made for monthly cleaning of all water tanks ONCE.
