Plain cement concrete 1:5:10(One of cement five of sand and ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for foundation and basement including cost and conveyance of all materials labour for mixing, laying, compacting, curing, dewatering, side shuttering, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete conplying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and stutting upto 3.29M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90x60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild steel angle of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.50cm spaced at abote 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specification. Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mehanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Brick work in Cement mortar1:5 using Third class country bricks kiln burnt of Size 8 ¾ x 4 ¼” x2 ¾” including cost and conveyance charges of all materials to site and including labour charges and all other incidental charges curing etc, complete complying with standard specification. For foundation, basement and super structure.

Brick masonry cement mortar1:4 using Stock bricks including all varivargams, moulds, sthambams, mukapathrams, koodu, nasi and all ornamental brick work complete, all pancharams, agarais, karnakoodus, etc., forming core walls of Rajagopuram/ Vimanams complete including cost and conveyance of all materials including cement, all the labour charges including marking pathies shaping of the bricks, lifting of all the materials to required heights, curing and all extra for working in heights etc., complete 100 cft for vimanam / gopuram as directed by the departmental Officers.

Providing Vargapoochu over the corewalls of Vimanams / Gopurams, with cement mortor 1:4 complete including shapping the mukhapathram, mahanasi, Koodu all ornamentals works to proper shape by embdding broken bricks of shaped/chiselled bricks, rough-plastering with C.M. 1:4 and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam theervani including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc, complete inculding all axtra for folding and inculuding clearing from the vimanams/gopurams 100sft superficial area.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5(One cement and five sand),12mm thick in all floors including curing, finishing etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Special plastering for R.C.C slab beam and sunshades with cement mortar 1:3, 10mm thick including the cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, curing, including hacking, cement mortar nosing wherever necessary etc, complete complete complying with standard specifications. The lime used should be highly iron fortified and suitable for structural masonry works.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Weathering course concrete with broken jelly 20mm size and pure unslaked lime over RCC roof slab, the proportion being 32:12.5 for required depath of 80mm for giving required slope and thickness of roof on required, well beaten with wooden beater using lime Jaggery water constantly wetted etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23cm x 23cm x 20mm of approved quality laid in Lime mortar 1:3, 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound 2% by weight of lime used pointing with same mortar with red oxide etc, complete with standard specifications.

Providing new sudhai vigrahams in the vimanams and Rajagopurams with copper rod reinforcement of suitable dia with binding wires wherever necessary, shaping the core with broken bricks set in C.M 1:3 finishing the same with C.M 1:3 bringing to the correct shape (Lakshana) in conformift with silpa sastra inclusive of special ornaments, wiapons, peedam etc., complete and providing C.M. Nayam theervai wherever necessary. inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials, such as cement broken bricks, and copper rods.binding wire all labour for working in heights, curing lifiting of materials etc., complete including cement painting 2 coats over a primary coat (one vigraham is accountable with one head, 4 hands with weapons, ornamental costumes etc., as per prathima lakshans, Vigraham height is measurable from the crown top to the bottom of foot only If peetam is provided the rate with peetam may be adopted as datailed hereunder)

Dismantling clearing away the existing damaged weathering course and pressed tiles and removing all debries from the site of work and depositing the same in the place as shown by the departmental officers.

Cleaning the stone surfaces by water wash such as wall stones, pillar, pothiyal, uthiram, flooring and pavukkal from white wash/colour/ wash painting including cost of necessary soap/ brushes labour charges for cleaning etc.,all complete as directed by the department others.

Pointing the cut stone masonry work with lime mortar 1:1.5 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of cut stone but including all labour charges scaffolding curring, pointing etc complete with standard specifications. The lime used shoud be sourced is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.

Scraping the old paint throughtly and Painting two coat with approved water based Exterior Emulsion over the plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surface curing in all floors including brushes etc., complete as per specification.

Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam) good water based exterior emulsion paints complete for the Vimanams/Gopurams, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges including Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of materials, cost of brushes etc, complete which including all extra for foldings 100 sft, superficial area.

Painting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over existing priming coat in all floors including priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification.
