Plastering with cm 1:3,( one cement and three M. sand ) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials ,labor charge, curing etc. complete as per standard specification .

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five P sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and painting two coats with approved water based exterior / interior Emulsion over the cement plastered wall surface , ceiling and other new surface including the cost of priming coat etc., complete in all floors, the make and color of paint to be used shall be got approved.

Supplying and fixing in position PVC rain water down fall pipes 110mm Dia having a pressure of 4Kg/sq cm. including cost of necessary PVC shoes, PVC bend of required diameter and special clamps brass screws, nails etc., The PVC pipe shall be fixed wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0m pipe length etc., complete complying with standard specification.
