Vibrated Plain Cement Concrete of grade M15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm ISS HBG graded metal, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost of cement at site including potable water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying compacting, curing concrete, Tools and Plants and incidential charges such as bailing out water, maintaining protective bunds, cofferdams, shoring, structting etc; complete as per relevant standard specification, for LEVELLING COURSE BELOW FOOTING, GRADE BEAM OF COMPOUND WALL and SECURITY ROOM as per Sections 1100 & 2100 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision).

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M30 (Design mix) using 20 mm ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site excluding cost of steel but including cost of formwork,potable water,labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying, curing concrete, working at depths, hire charges for tools and plants including all other incidental charges such as bailing out water, maintaining of protective bunds, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc., complete as per relevant standard specification for FOOTING, GRADE BEAM, COLUMN BELOW GL for COMPOUND WALL as per Sections 1500, 1700 & 2100 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision).

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M30 (Design mix) using 20 mm ISS HBG graded metal, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost of cement at site but excluding cost and fabrication of steel but including cost of form work, potable water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying, curing concrete, working at heights, hire charges for tools and plants including all other incidental charges , etc. , complete for COLUMN ABOVE GL & COMPOUND WALL as per Sections 1500, 1700 & 2200 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision).

Supply and fabrication of Fe-500D grade steel with suitable anticorrosive treatment or CRS or HCRM required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, including cost of steel at site and cost of fabrication labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including over lapping to the required length wherever necessary and providing to the reinforcement placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges , etc., complete as per Section 1600 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision).

Providing steel grill fencing arrangements above the compound wall which includes the cost of steel, labour charges for fabrication, fixing the steel grill in position by welding, concreting and painting etc., including all other incidental charges etc., complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 12 mm thick over a Concrete surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site soft water, labour charges for curing etc., complete as per relevant standard specifications for plastered wall surface.

Painting the compound wall and Security Room two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat of over cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column, footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

a) For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.complete.

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc.

Brick walls using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including curing and provision for fixing of electrical utilities such as sockets, wire, PVC pipes, switches, clamps, etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Flooring with following Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Divisional Engineer before use on works).

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Filling the Soil below the foor level of Security room with proper compaction taken from Borrow Areas including coveyance cost of material ,labour chagrge ect...complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of aluminium anodized DOOR partly half glazed at top and half panelled at bottom with frame made out of box section 101.6 x 44.5 x 3.18 mm thick @ 2.319 kg/m door shutters made out of box section 47.1 x 44.45 x 2.50 mm @ 1.202 kg/m for vertical slide and top, lock rail sections of size 50 x 44.5 x 2.5 mm @ 1.292 kg/m and bottom 100.4 x 44.45 x 2.5mm @ 1.974 kg/m using clips of size 17.15 x 17.27 x 1.50 mm @ 0.176 kg/m with neccesary metal screws, rubber beadings, strike plate type handle of size 100 x 30 x 1.60 mm @ 0.988 kg/m on both sides, tower bolts, lock pivot arrangements and top half portion with 5.50 mm thick plain glass and bottom half portion with one side pre-laminated board (MDF) 12mm thick for panelled portions with one number of hydraullic door closure of approved quality using alluminium extruded section body tubular type universal with double speed adjustment with ISI Monogram including cost of furniture fitting such as pivot, hinges, tower bolt, lock, door stopper and all materials , labour power consumtion required for fabrication,drilling required for fabrication,drilling holes in RCC columns, floor slabs, Masonry walls wherever neccessary with power drills to the required extent and make the same to original condition after fixing and as directed. All the alluminium sections are to be anodized with mat finish under electrical controlled condition in accordance with IS:1868 - 1962 for an average anodic film thickness of 15 microns etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of materials, labour for fixing, transporting, loading ,unloading etc.,

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position aluminium natural colour matt finish WINDOW with sliding and gutter arrangements so as to drain the water entering and made with extruded aluminium section of the sizes given below with necessary accessories such as rubber beadings, best quality runner, lock, handle supplying and fixing 4 mm thick plain glass including cost of all materials, labour, power consumption required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC Column/floor slab/masonry wall wherever necessary with power drills to the required extent and made same to original condition after fixing etc.,complete. The aluminium sections are to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868-1962 for an average anodic film thickness of no less than 15 microns. All aluminium sections and furniture fittings shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before use on works.

Supplying and fixing in position White / Colour Glazed Model Floor Mounted European Water Closet of best quality and Wash Hand Basin of size 550mm x 400mm with all accessories and also including plumbing work consists of pipes, elbow, joints etc and connect to the nearby septic tank complete complying with standard specifications for bathroom for RLI Security Room

Supply &fixing of Mild steel grill Gate of approved quality including bending, welding, filing fixing in position with necessary screws, plugs, one coat of red oxide primier including painting of approved quality, labour charges for fixing etc all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers
