Providing, mixing and applying epoxy resin concrete bonding coat using Nitobond EP (Fosroc brand) on chipped surface area of all vertical/horizontal RCC members including surface preparation, scaffolding etc., all complete at all levels as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing, mixing and applying shrinkage controlled, polimer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar using Renderoc SP40 (Fosroc brand) on spalled/de-laminated portion of all vertical/horizontal RCC members including surface preparation, curing, scaffolding etc., all complete at all levels as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer. 5.1) 50 mm average thickness in three layers.

Providing and applying two or more coats of white washing with sunlight brand cem to give an even shade for old work in external/internal wall/ceiling including removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, bird beats, vegetation growth, filling cracks, water washing the surface wherever required, preparing the entire surface smooth and fit for white washing, scaffolding, adhesive and blue etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and applying two or more coats of Asian brand acrylic smooth exterior emulsion (APEX) of approved colour and shade on old external surface of wall/ceiling/coping including sand papering, water washing the surface wherever required, preparing the surface smooth, filling cracks with Birla wall care putty and necessary repairs to scratches, scaffolding, cleaning etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying two or more coats of Asian brand acrylic smooth exterior emulsion (APEX) in approved shade over a coat of Asian brand exterior wall primer on cem / emulsion finished external wall surface in even shade including removing loose layers of existing finish by scraping and sand papering manually/mechanical means, doing necessary repair to scratches, filling cracks using birla wall care putty, water washing the entire surface, preparing the entire surface smooth and fit for primering, scaffolding, cleaning, etc.., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and applying two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of Asian brand apcolite of required colour over a coat of Asian brand wood/steel primer to give an even shade, finished with glossy on steel work /wooden joineries including sand papering, preparing the surface smooth and fit for primering, filling surface cracks and necessary repairs to scratches, scaffolding, cleaning etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and applying two or more coats of Asian brand acrylic smooth interior emulsion (Royale) of approved colour and shade over a coat of Asian brand interior wall primer on old surfaces of walls including removing loose layers of existing finish by scraping and sand papering manually/mechanical means, doing necessary repair to scratches, filling cracks using birla wall care putty, preparing the entire surface smooth and fit for painting, scaffolding, cleaning, etc.., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or painting and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. Height of scaffolding will be considered above 7 mts and this item is applicable for works in OHT.
