The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar building works during the last five years. The bidder should have successfully completed similar building works with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 139.47 Lakhs, excluding GST. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 174.34 Lakhs, excluding GST. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 278.94 Lakhs, excluding GST. The completion certificates obtained from the client or department should be enclosed, and the works should have been completed for the Government of India, State Government Department, Government undertaking in India, Local Bodies, or Public Sector.
