Retro - Fitting Works Methodology Severity - High (External Spalling or Hollowness found on the surface, Beams, Columns Ceiling and walls) a. Providing and applying Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer and mixing mechanically until it is homogenous and applying the same as one rich coat on reinforcement complete with all lift etc. complete. (If corrosion found on rebars) d. Providing and applying a coat of two-part solvent free epoxy resin-based Bonding Agent on the wall at rate of 2-3 Sqm/kg inside the cracks. e. Providing and applying plastering on the walls using polymer modified plaster with CM 1:4 admixed with SBR Latex or equivalent or equivalent @ 2 kg per bag of cement with suitable quantity of clean water (All chemicals shall be used from Pidilite or equivalent brand)

White washing two coats over new plastered surface..

Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt etc. complete and including necessary plaster paris putty etc. wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years

Painting the OLD plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt etc. complete and including necessary plaster paris putty etc. wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. Solid panel PVC door without frame Solid PVC door shutters using 15mm MS sq. tubes for top lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheet for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mmx30mm. The over all size of top rail lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30 mm. including labour charges etc. complete. as per ISI standard.

Supplying and Jointing 20mm dia PVC pipe.including cutting threading and jointing with necessary specials fixing to wall with clamps and screws including making holes in the wall or drilling holes in roof and making good the wall or roof after fixing with necessary scaffolding etc. complete
