Providing Prime Coat 7Kg/10 m2 with Bitumen Emulsion (slow setting) including cost of bitumen at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying required quantity of bitumen emulsion as Prime Coat using bitumen sprayer etc., complete over wet Mix Macadam as per clause 502 of MORT and H specifications.

Providing Tack Coat 2.0 kg/10 m2 with Bitumen Emulsion (Rapid Setting - 1) including cost of bitumen at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying required quantity of bitumen emulsion as Tack Coat using bitumen sprayer etc., complete over primed surface as per clause 503 of MoRT and H Specifications.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadamusing 0.20 Cu.m of 26.50 to 13.20 metal, 0.43 Cu.m of 13.20 to 2.36 mm and 0.08 Cu.m of 2.36 mm and below size IRC metal with 37 kgs ofVG30 (60/70 grade) bitumen for premixing per 10sq.m including costand conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen andaggregate to required temperature and mixing them in requiredtemperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying themix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniformthickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades andcross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to therequired density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tonne CMP withbitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver finisher, vibratory roller and allother tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidentalcharges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause504 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 40mm thick using 0.13Cu.m of 19.00-9.50mm,0.17 Cu.m of 9.5-2.36 mm Metal, and 0.26 Cu.m of 2.36 mm and below Metal of specified grading aggregates and0.012 Cu.m of Quarry Dust with 50.3 kg of VG30 (60/70 grade)bitumen for premixing per 10sq.m including cost and conveyance of allmaterials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to requiredtemperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mixplant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with 9m paverfinisher to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidatedaby 8-10 tone Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., includinglabour for attending to paver to site etc.m including hire charges andfuel charges for 20-30 tonne CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,9m paver finisher, Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., completeas per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5
