18.Loading, transporting, dumping and levelling the debris etc. to the low lying areas anywhere inside the harbour within a lead of 3kms all as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel etc. complete. Note. 1. No deduction of voids for debris. 2. The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in trust's approved format at his own cost. 3. Payment will be made based on the lorry cubical content. However, the final quantity will be restricted to actual quantity of debris..

3. Dismantling and removing the existing damaged RCC drop slab at LHS quarters wherever required with out damaging the structures nearby including retrieving the steel reinforcement from the existing dismantled drop slab and handing over the same to the departmental stores including collecting, stacking the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as directed at site including all labour, scaffolding, tools, fuel, equipments, helmet, safety belt, etc., complete.

10. Providing Brickwork using good quality bricks of class designation 50 in CM 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse river sand) for walls etc., and wherever required all as directed at site of work including all labour,materials,, tools, equipments, scaffolding etc., complete. (a) In Ground floor

17.Preparing the surfaces of existing steel members and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Asian/Berger/Dulux or equivalent) of approved colour to give an even shade and finish all as per relevant specification and all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, equipment, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete NOTE: 1. Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per Ch.P.T. engineering manual. 2. The above quantity is inclusive of painting co-efficient

Dismantling and removing the existing damaged brick work to the required height without damaging the structures nearby and collecting, stacking the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as directed at site including all labour, scaffolding, tools, fuel, equipments, helmet, safety belt etc., complete.

Half brick work using good quality bricks of class designation 50 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4clean coarse river sand) for super structure walls and wherever required all as directed at site of work curing, including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, fuel, scaffolding, etc. complete. 14. Preparing the surfaces of external walls of quarters and wherever required and applying two coats of acrylic co-polymer emulsion exterior paint (ACE ) of approved colour over one coat of primer (ACE) to give an even shade and unique soft, sheen and velvetty finish all as manufacturer's specification and all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete.

Preparing the surfaces of existing internal walls ,wherever required and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved colour to give an even shade and unique soft, sheen and velvetty finish all as manufacturer's specification and all as directed at site of work including all labour,materials, tools, equipments, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete

1. Dismantling and removing the damaged existing RCC roof slab wherever required without damaging the structures nearby including conveying and stacking the debris within a lead of 50 m for disposal and retrieved steel reinforcement from the dismantled roof slab and hand over the same to departmental stores and all as directed at site including all labour, tools, equipments, fuel , scaffolding ,helmet, etc. complete..

6. Supplying, transporting, fabricating and placing in position HYSD (Fe 415 grade) steel bars as reinforcements for all RCC works wherever required including handling, cutting, bending and tying them in position with 1.25mm dia black annealed steel binding wire, etc., all as directed including reinforcement steel, binding wire including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, fuel, scaffolding, etc., complete. Note. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of reinforcement steel, binding wire and fabrication charges etc.., complete. Binding wire will not be measured for payment purpose.

9. Providing and fixing Galvanised Powder coated Colour corrugated Galvalume roofing Sheet 0.47mm thickness for roofing system to the required size at HD3 quarters terrace portion / Car shed premises etc., wherever, if necessary and fixing in proper position with necessary consumables such as self threaded screws, washers etc., all as per drawing, relevant specifications and as directed at site of work ,including providing scaffolding, all labour, materials, tools, equipments, transport , fuel, safety helmets/ safety belts/ etc., complete.

11. Preparing the surfaces of walls and wherever required, and providing plastering in cement mortar 1:5 (1cement : 5 clean fine river sand) 12mm thick to the required finish curing etc., all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials , tools, equipments, scaffolding, etc. complete.

4. Dismantling and removing the existing damaged RCC jally at LHS quarters wherever required without damaging the structures nearby and retrieving the steel reinforcement from the existing RCC jally if any and handing over the same to departmental stores including collecting, stacking the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as directed at site including all labour, scaffolding, tools, fuel, equipments, helmet safety belt, etc., complete.,

Repairing the existing damaged drop slab of finished thickness of 60mm in all floors including providing steel reinforcement of 8mm dia tied with 1.25mm dia black annealed steel binding wire wherever required including providing chicken mesh tied properly over the steel reinforcement, including providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Mix (1 cement : 2 coarse river sand : 4 hard granite stone aggregate 12mm graded down to 6 mm) as central core, 40 mm thick and plastering in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 clean fine river sand) 6 to 10mm thick on either side of drop slab including centering, shuttering, mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating all as directed at site including all labour,materials tools, equipments, fuel, scaffolding etc. complete. Note:-Supplying and fabrication of steel reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately under relavent item.

8. Supplying, fabricating new structural steel members for erection of roof truss at HD3 quarters/ Car shed premises respectively. Erection of M.S.Angle as.vertical post embedded with Brick pedestal in C.M.1:5 mix (1cement : 5 coarse river sand) from the floor level and MS rafters fixed with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse river sand : 4 Hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) over the brick masonry wall at HD3 terrace portion area including fixing the MS purlins over the MS rafters , fabrication of new MS truss as per drawing and fixed the same in position over the top of brick masonry wall of existing car shed including making pockets for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse river sand : 4 Hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) for anchoring including providing MS purlins over the erected MS truss at car shed premises respectively including with necessary Gusset plates, base plates, bolts&nuts, cleat angles etc., welding if necessary, all accessories / consumables for proper completion of the work all as per drawing, relevant specification and as directed at site including providing scaffolding, safety belts/ ladders/ helmets, all labour, tools, materials, equipment, transport, fuel etc., complete.
