A. GROUTING- Low Viscous Epoxy Grouting 1. Drill 14mm diameter holes along the location of crack and diagonally to the crack to half the depth of the wall thickness. Clean the holes and wash the same followed by air. Provide metal based non return nipple and fix the same using polyester resin ( Fosroc, Sica or equivalent). Mix base and hardener of the low viscous epoxy resin ( Fosroc, Sica or equivalent) mechanically using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fitted with mixing the formation of entrapped air. The base and hardener comes in pre weighted and pre packed forms and hence should not be part mixed. Pour the entire base and entire hardener followed by mixing as explained above. Inject the same using an electrically operated pressure grouting machine (Pressure not to exceed 4-5kg/cm2) until the nipple refuses the grout or the grout comes out of the nearby nipple. Incase the grout comes out of adjacent nipples, the same may be closed and those nipples need not be grouted again. Continue the operation until the nipples are grouted. Note: The intake is tentative and may vary based on actual site condition. C (6). Dismantling of Floor Filling Chipping and removal of the weathering course filling using electrically operated heavy duty chipping machine, complete,. The unserviceable material shall be placed with in a distance of 50m lead. E (5). Application of Polymer Modified Mortar Where ever required, pre packed shrinkage controlled polymer modified fiber reinforced cementitious repair mortar of (Fosroc, Sika or equivalent) having tensile strength of 2.5 MPA @ 28 days and Compressive strength of MPa @ 28 days with 70mm cubes shall be mixed with required amount of water as per manufacturer's specification and applied over the prepared surface area for an average thickness of 50mm. The application shall be done in layers of 20-25mm to achieve the desired thickness of 50mm. Where ever required the final layer shall be rendered with cement mortar 1:4 dosed with Styrene-butadiene rubber solution of (Fosroc, Sika or equivalent) at the rate of 1 liter per bag of cement. Note: If thickness is greater than 50mm, additional measurement shall be obtained for layers of 25mm. E (6). Curing Compound Special Curing Immediately after completion of the repair works, the surface should be sprayed water once and followed by application of acrylic polymer emulsion membrane based curing compound of (Fosroc, Sika or equivalent) diluted with water in the ratio of 1:1 as a curing. E (4). Application of Bonding Agent Prepare the surface free of dust and dirt. Mix the two component epoxy bonding agent of (Fosroc, Sika or equivalent) using a slow paddle mixer and apply the same over the prepared area. Care to be taken to ensure that the bonding agent is not applied over the anodes. Immediately after the application, the required repair to be initiated within the initial setting time of the epoxy. F. OUTER PACKING USING HANGING SCAFFOLDING Using hanging platform, create the work space for the technician to prepare the surface for packing. The area around the pipe shall be prepared by clearing the space around the pipe for an average width of 50mm. The surface around the pipe shall be roughened for the packing the same. Non shrink free flow grout, Conbextra GP2 of (Fosroc or Sika or equivalent) shall be mixed with required amount of water and shall be packed around the pipe neatly. Prior to the application of the non shrink grout, a bond coat using Styrene-butadiene rubber solution of (Fosroc, Sika or equivalent) with water shall be applied.

2 (b). Injection of Silicone based Water Repellent(Fosroc, Sica or equivalent)

B (2) . Dismantling of Brick Work- Dismantling of Brick work wherever required for repair works including cost of labour, provídíng adequate temporary supports to services running in the structure & covering the repairing area for isolation of member, Tools & plants, scaffolding, lead, lift, including cleaning & disposing the debris, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at 8íte. C (2). Pressure Grouting Mark the places where ever it is leaking and susceptible to leak. Drill 18mm dia holes on the slab. Clean the hole and install PVC nipples using rapid setting cementitious mortar ( Fosroc, Sika or equivalent). Make sure that the holes are cleaned to avoid any fine dust which would affect the intake. Mix the cement with the required water cement ratio along with singl eocmponent acrylic polymer emulsion ( Fosroc,sika or equivalnet) at the rate of 1 liter per bag of cement and inject the same using a manually operated positive displacement pressure grouting machine. All as per relevant specification all as directed at site of work including all labours, tools, equipments, transports, fuels etc., complete.

E (3 ). Anticorrosive Coating Clean the rebar's using the rust remover if there exists any rust, otherwise clean the rebar free of foreign material. Mix the base and hardener of the zinc rich epoxy resin (as approved quality and manufacturers by Engineer in charge) mechanically using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fitted with mixing paddle. Apply the mixed materials to the cleaned rebar and allow it to dry complete. C (7). Dismantling of RCC Dismantling of RCC concrete wherever required for repair works in columns where there are additional concrete elements have been erected along with the existing members ( 250mm to 400mm jacket portion). D. SHED AREA D (1). Waterproofing using PU Base Coating Ensure that the surface in free of any dust and dirt. Mix the single component pitch free PolyUrethane based liquid applied elastomeric waterproofing coating with continious seamless water proof membrane of (Fosroc, Sika or equivalent)using a slow paddle mixer ensuring the same has been mixed through. Apply the same over the prepared area using roller/ brush/spray in two coats in two mutually perpendicular direction". Ensure that the coating is sprayed evenly over the area achieving the manufacturers specification. Upon completíon of two coats, mix the UV stable polyurethene protective coating ( Fosroc, Sika or equivalent) and apply the same over the waterproofed area to protect the coating from sun light/ UV protcctíon, A single coat of the same shall be applied over the entire area. The colour of the protective coating shall be light grey in colour. B. EXPANSION JOINT TREATMENT B (1). EXPANSION JOINT TREATMENT Remove all dirt, laitance, loose material and foreign matter. Dismantle the edges making an uneven surface along the side of the grooves. Prepare cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with acrylic polymer Emulsion (Fosroc , Sika or equivalent) at the rate of 1 litre per bag of cement and shape the expansion joint groove for a size of 40mm average width. Prior to the application of the solvent free epoxy resin / adhesive of approved manufacturers at site, the area shall be cleaned free of dust and dirt and ensure that the surface is completely dry. Mark lines on either sides of the expansion joint where the high performance elastomeric joint sealant tape of 200mm wide and 2mm thick are to be installed. Mix the two component adhesive and apply the same on to the surface of the concrete/wall where the adhesive shall be pressed on to the expansion joint tape for the balance width of the tape on both the edges. The same shall be ensured by gently rolling on the edges to ensure that there is no entrapped air. Upon completion of the application of the elastomeric joint tape, the two component epoxy adhesive may be applied over the top of the tape all along the edges ensuring the gap (if any) between the tape and the concrete/wall surface is sealed thoroughly. In case of over lap along the length, the same shall be given a lap of 50mm and pasted using epoxy adhesive or fused using hot air blower. Upon completion of the application of the tape, the same is allowed to dry for a period of 48 hours. C ( 9). PU Sealant Identify the cracks/ existing groove over the surface. Clean the crack/ existing groove free from all the dust. Make sure that no loose particle present in the crack. Apply the single component UV resistant Polymer sealant ( Fosroc , Sika or equivalent) .All as per relevant specification all as directed at site of work including all labours, tools, equipments, transports, fuels etc., complete

D (2). Application of App Membrane Ensure that the surface is dry and free of dust. Airblow the surface to ensure that no fine dust is on the surface. Prepare the water based primer and apply the same over the prepared area followed by mixing of the bituminous primer and applying the same ensuring the area is covered completely. Place the 3mmthick APP membrane in required direction and orientation, and roll the same and paste it over the pre applied primer using LPG torch and install the same neatly over the entire area. A lap of 100mm shall be provided along the membrane in both directions. The edges shall be fused effectively using a proper trowel giving out a neat finishing preventing the entry of water through the lap joints. The membrane shall be tuck alone the parapet wall by installing grooves if size 12mm X 12mm and finished neatly using bituminous sealant wherever required. The area over the membrane shall be cleaned free of dust and shall be applied with one coat of alumínium paint. C (5). Protective screed Supply and laying concrete screed for an average thickness of 50mm with required slope as per site condition. The concrete shall be laid using 12mm down graded aggegates mixed with polymer additive Styrene Butadiene Rubber ( Fosroc, Sika or equivalent) at the rate of 1 litre per bag of cement. A bond coat using cement mixed with Styrene Butadiene Rubber (Fosroc, Sika or equivalent) and sufficient water shall be applied prior to the application of the concrete screed. Grooves shall be installed using threads at regular intervals based on the site condition. The same shall be cured for a minimum of 7 days. Note; Laying of tiles shall not be covered under our scope of work. C ( 8). Packing of Core Holes Packing of the exiting core holes which have been open by placing required form work by means of POP or form work with feeding arrangement. Mixing and placement of non shrink cementitious micro concrete of free flow grout of (Fosroc, Sika or equivalent) through the installed form work and finishing the same neatly. 2. Injection of low viscous epoxy grout- Drill holes of 18mm on the wall surface of the staircase area and other critical joints where ever dampness is noticed. Provide the pvc nipple and allow it to set completely. The cost inclusive of machine, materials and labour charges. E (2). Installation of Sacrificial Anode XPI Prior to installation of the Galvashield XPI units, check the continuity of the steel reinforcement. Any loss of continuity will require additional electrical connections or restoration of continuity by effective means. Select a location for the Galvashield XPI as close as practical to the edge of the repair zone. Galvashield XPI units should be positioned around/ along the repair boundary. In addition to standard substrate preparation, the Galvashield XPI anode(s) shall be thoroughly pre- soaked in clean water for a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes, prior to the application of the repair mortar. Tighten tie wires using Galvashield Fixing Tool so that no free movement is possible, thus ensuring good electrical continuity. To test electrical continuity between tie wires and reinforcement bar a continuity meter should be used. C (3 ). Floor Patch Wherever there is delamination of existing screed/ damage screed, segmented the area by cutting and removing the existing tile to a proper shape and patch the area using polymer modified mortar, ( Fosroc, Sika or equivalent) and finish the same neatly. E. REPAIR WORK E (1). Surface Preparation Labour charges for chipping the spalled and old concrete of the column, beam and slab. Check for the phenolphthalein test and if there is no change in colour, chip the same further down until, reaching the good or uncontaminated concrete.
