Providing and laying Cement Concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 C.S.sand (M.sand) : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions in foundation for erecting the Retro Reflective sign board angle at various locations wherever required all as per relevant specifications, drawing and as directed including mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, curing etc.,including all materials, labour, shuttering, tools, plants, equipments, machinery, fuel, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of Retro Reflective Name Board made out of 4 mm thick of aluminium composite panel sheet confirming to type IV of ASTM -D 4956 -01 of required size, the entire sign face covered with white colour highly reflectivity (High Intensity prismatic) grade as base colour and blue colour or of approved colour of self adhesive matt grade as backround fixed over to the base white colour of Highly reflective(High Intensity prismatic) grade required words in Tamil, Hindi, English letters and border in base colour all as directed and as per relevant standards of IRC and the Signage board with back support of MS angle 25x25x6mm frame allround and centre supports of frame with MS flat of size 25x6mm of required length with suitable MS cleat angle of 50x50x6mm and MS flat 50x6mm of 200mm long at four corners of vertical support welded with angle frame including painting with Two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer including supplying required size of stainless steel bolt and nuts washers, etc., and fixing the boards in the existing MS angle at various locations in ChPA area from Gate No.1 to Gate No.10 wherever required all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, welding, transport, fuel, tools, equipments, scaffolding, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of Retro Reflective Name Board of Buildings made out of 4mm thick of aluminium composite panel sheet of required size, the entire sign face covered with white colour highly reflectivity (High Intensity prismatic) grade as base colour and blue colour of self adhesive matt grade as backround fixed over to the base white colour of Highly reflective(High Intensity prismatic) grade required words in Tamil, Hindi, English letters and border in base colour of board as per relevant standards of IRC and as directed and the Name board with back support of MS square tube of size 25x25x3.2mm allround and at centre portions of the board including painting with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer including supplying required size of coach screws and fixing the board in the wall surface at various locations in Chennai Port Authority buildings from Gate no.1 to Gate No.10 all as per drawing and wherever required as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, transport, fuel, tools, equipments, scaffolding, etc., complete.
