6. Laying and fixing the guard rail arrangements with end splay by drilling of 16mm dia holes in PSC sleepers and fixing of CI bracket with grip bolts including fixing the guard rail on PSC sleepers with all fittings and fastenings in position duly cutting the guard rail suitably and fixing MS packing plates, bolts, nuts etc. complete as directed, including all labour, materials, tools, gas cutting equipments for cutting rails, drilling holes etc., all complete. 7. Supply of JCB for digging, lossening and removing the deposited earth, dust etc., from the railway tracks/yards wherever required and stacking the removed materials near the accessible area with in a lead of 50m and as directed at site of work including the equipments hire charges, labour, transport, fuel, tools, tackles, etc., complete.Note:1.Payment will be made for the actual time of work done by Earth mover (JCB) without taking into account the break down time and mobilizing / demobilizing hours and idle time.2.The time chart for every day of work shall be maintained jointly by department and contractor.3.JCB should be made readily available whenever line blocks is given by the Traffic Department

Clearing of unwanted materials along the railway tracks and yard and desilting in the existing drains unwanted plastic papers, tea cups and waste materials inside the marshalling yard drain and the deposited materials cleaned and collecting and stacking the materials nearest area wherever required all as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments etc., complete.

Conveying and renewal of 60 Kg PSC sleepers after removing the existing RCC / PCC damaged sleepers of 52Kg / 60Kg in railway tracks wherever required and laying of 60kg sleeper and also adjusting the existing PSC sleeper in rail joints if required and packing under and on the sides of sleepers and as directed at site of work including conveying and stacking the removed / damaged sleepers at department yard /RSD yard within a lead of 2Km in side the port premises including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note: PSC sleepers with accessories will be issued free of cost by the trust. The tenderer will be quoted the rate except PSC sleepers with accessories

10. Loading, transporting, dumping and leveling the earth within a lead of 2 Kms inside the port premises all as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, transport, fuel etc., complete. Note:1. Payment will be made based on the lorry cubical contents. However, the final quantity will be restricted to actual excavated quantity of earth.2. The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in Trust’s approved format at his own cost for the quantity of earth transported.3. 20% voids shall be deducted for earth.
