4. Dismantling and removing the existing damaged plain cement concrete drain in rich mix in the existing road wherever required to the required size and depth without damaging the structure nearby for providing compound wall including collecting and stacking the debris within the a lead of 50m for disposal all as specified and as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, transport, fuel,etc., complete.

5.Cutting and removing the existing damaged asphalt / WMM / GSB wherever required without damaging the nearby structures to the required size and depth(varying) including collecting and depositing the same within the a lead of 50m for disposal all as specified and as directed, including scaffolding, all labour, tools, tackles, equipment,transport, fuel, etc., complete.

6. Dismantling the existing damaged Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar for compound wall wherever required without damaging the nearby structures to the required level and stacking the same within a lead of 50m for disposal all as per relevant specification and as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, tackles,equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete.

7. Providing and laying plain cement concrete of mix 1:1½:3 (1Cement: 1½ crushed stone sand : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions for column pillars for fixing MSangle to provide concertina razor tape fencing wherever required all as per relevant specifications, drawings and as directed at site of work including shuttering, mixing, transporting, placing, compacting, finishing, curing, all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel etc., complete.

8. Providing and laying plain cement concrete of mix 1:1½:3 (1Cement: 1½ crushed stone sand : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions for pcc wall for providing brick pillars wherever required all as per relevant specifications, drawing and as directed at site of work including shuttering, mixing, transporting, placing, compacting, finishing, curing, all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel etc., complete.

9. Providing brick work using approved quality bricks of class designation 50 in cement mortar 1:5 (1cement : 5crushed stone sand) for compound wall and wherever requred all as per relevant specifications, drawing and as directed at site of work including, all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, curing, scaffolding etc., complete.

10. Providing brick work using approved quality bricks of class designation 50 in cement mortar 1:5 (1cement : 5crushed stone sand) for brick pillars and wherever requred all as per relevant specifications, drawing and as directed at site of work including, all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, curing, scaffolding etc., complete.

11. Preparing the surfaces of brick work compound wall and providing plastering in cement mortar 1:5 (1cement : 5crushed stone sand) 12mm thick to the required finish , curing etc., all as per specifications and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, curing, scaffolding etc., complete.

12.Providing Random Rubble masonry work in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6crushed stone sand) for superstructure compound wall and each stone shall be hammer dressed on face, size and including one bond stone running right through thickness of the wall shall be provided every 0.50 square metre of wall surface and wherever required all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site of work including, all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, curing, scaffolding etc., complete.

13. Racking out the joints of newly built walls and providing flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 crushed stone sand) for super structure Random Rubble masonry compound wall and wherever required all as per specifications and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, curing, scaffolding etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of Mild steel angle of size 50x50x6mm for fencing post over the new brick masonry / RR masonry compound wall including cutting, bending, welding, drilling holes suitably for fixing concertina razor tape fencing and fixing the MS angle over the compound wall without damaging the structure nearby by providing cement concrete of pocket of size 345x345x450mm including making good the disturbed portion all as directed at site of work including painting the surfaces of ms angle with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of zinc chromate metal primer all as per specificatons, drawings as directed at site of work including, all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, curing, scaffolding etc., complete. Note: 1. The payment is based on the fabricated ms frame alone 2. The weighment will be done at site or any other places as approved by the Engineer incharge, necesary charges for weighment, transport will be borne by the contractor.3.The payment for painting and pocket concrete will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

15.Preparing the surfaces of mild steel angle and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of zinc chromate metal primer of approved brand and colour to give an even shade, finish all as permanufactures specification and as directed at site of work including scaffolding, all labour, materials, brushes, tools, tackles, equipments, etc., complete.

16.Providing and fixing GI Razor tape concertina coil fencing of 1050mmdia at 100mm centre to centre of spring steel core of 2.5mm thick wire with high tensile strength of 165 kg/sq.mm and fixing the same in the MS angle provided over the compound wall with four horizontal rows of stainless steel stay wire of 2.50mm dia and tied with stainless steel binding wire of1mm dia to retain horizontal including necessary accessories such as C clips, cotter pins etc., all as directed at site ofwork including scaffolding, all labour, materials, brushes, tools, tackles, equipments, etc., complete. Note: Payment will be made based on the running metre length of compound wall over which the fencing is fixed.

17. Preparing the surfaces of compound wall and applying two coats of ACE (Acrylic co-polymer emulsion) paint over one coat of Acrylic co-polymer emulsion primer of approved colour and shade to give an even shade and finish and wherever required all as per relevant specification and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, brushes, tools, tackles, equipments, scaffolding etc., complete.

18. Loading, transporting, dumping, and leveling the debris etc .,in the low lying areas within a lead of 1km all as per relevant specifications and as directed including all labour transport, tools equipments, fuel etc., complete Note 1. Payment will be made based on the lorry cubical contents; However the final quantity will be restricted to quantity of dismantling items. 2.No deduction of voids for debris. 3.The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in Chennai Port approved format at contractor's own cost for the quantity of debris transported.
