4.Supplying and fixing of Rubber ladder (SL 250 H Ladder Bridge stone or equivalent) of size (height 3000mm x width 450mm clear) with 2Nos of square rubber fender 30mm dia GI step rod at 300mm c/c, fixing the ladder with GI Anchor bolts 25mm dia with suitable core hole with required deep to suite the site condition (4Nos x2 sides = 8Nos/per ladder) fixing using anchor resin (HILTI RE -500 or equivalent) in core hole of suitable dia and deep on face of dolphin/wharf concrete and all directed at site including fixing and providing suitable Hand rails arrangements at top with 25mm dia MS rod, suitable shape and fixing the same from the ladder top to dolphin/wharf top surface with suitable core hole and grouting arrangements all as directed at site at Bharathi Dock - I, II & III Wharf at Outer Harbour and wherever necessary all details as per relevant Manufactures specifications and as directed at site inlcuding all labour, materials, transport, tools, necessary equipments, fuel, etc., complete.

Sub Estimate=II 1.Manufacturing, testing, supplying of Cast Iron T- Head bollard of 100T pull capacity conforming to standard specifications and drawing with all fixtures such as Hot Dip galvanized M42 resin anchor bolts, nuts and washers including fixing the bollards in position on the existing wharf structure (Retrofitting) at West Quay and JD (Monolith structure), Core cutting for fixing the anchor bolts and filling it with polyester resin HILTI RE 500 or equivalent including providing non shrink grout at the base of the bollard to prevent ingress of water, filling the bollards with PCC 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 crushed stone sand :3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm downgraded to 12mm size) including painting the exposed surface with two coats of anticorrosive epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer and making good the disturbed portions including cement, all labour, materials, fuel, equipments, lifting, welding, transporting and fixing etc. complete.

2.Dismantling and removing the existing brickwork in Cement Mortar to the required pocket size for fixing MS grill/gate/ladder and wherever required without damaging the nearby structures including collecting and depositing the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as per relevant specification as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, plants, transport, fuel etc., complete.

3.Dismantling and removing the existing plain cement concrete to the required pocket size for fixing MS grill/gate/ladder and wherever required including collecting and depositing the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as per relevant specification as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, plants, transport, fuel etc., complete.

4.Providing and laying plain cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 crushed stone sand :3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) in volumetric proportion, for fixing grill/gate/ladder and wherever required including shuttering, mixing, transporting, placing, consolidation by ramming, curing etc., all as per relevant specification as directed at site of work including cement and other materials, labour, tools, equipments, et., complete.

5.Supplying, fabricating and fixing the mild steel i)Gate (Single leaf) of size 1.10x2.20m using MS square bar 25x25mm vertical, MS flat 25x5mm alround and MS square bar 12x12mm @ 100mm C/C for vertical & horizontal ii)window grill W-1.70x1.20 and W1-0.80x1.2m using MS flat 25x5mm alround, MS square bar 12x12mm @ 100mm C/C for vertical & horizontal including cutting the bars, flats, etc., to the required length and making required pattern by cutting and welding the joints all as directed at site including providing MS hinges and spindle arrangements fixed inside the gate pillars by making suitable pockets and filled with PCC 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 crushed stone sand :3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) in volumetric proportion, and locking arrangements such as MS tower bolts, Aldrop handle etc. including one coat of primer and fixing the fabricated steel gate in proper position/alignment and sound working condition all as per specification and as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools, gas cutting, welding machine charges and other equipments, transport, fuel, etc complete. Note: 1.The mild steel section sizes are tentative this may be changed to nearest size available in the market and to suit site conditions the weighment of the gate and accessories will be done at site and cost shall be borne by the contractor. 2.PCC 1:1.5:3 for fixing gate/window will be measured and paid under relevant item of work.

6.Supplying and fixing MS ladder of 6mts length and width 0.3m with hot dip galvanized (minimum 85 micron thick) ladder fabricated as per the details furnished below or as directed at site of work to suit site condition including all materials, machineries, labours, scaffolding, gas cutting, welding, machine charges, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc complete. i) Bottom and handle bar at both sides of ladder using angle of size 90x90x8mm ii) MS bars of 16mm dia for steps @ 300mm C/C. iii) Ladder fixing in First Floor with CC 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 crushed stone sand :3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) in volumetric proportion. Note: 1.CC 1:1.5:3 for fixing Ladder will be paid under relevent item. 2.The weighment of the gate and accessories will be done at site and cost shall be borne by the contractor.

7.Supplying and fixing MS ladder of length 3.50mts, width 0.3m and handle 1.25m with hot dip galvanized (minimum 85 micron thick) ladder fabricated as per the details furnished below or as directed at site of work to suit site condition i) Ladder length 3.50mts long and 1.25m handle, at both sides of ladder using MS flat of size 65x25mm ii) MS bars of 16mm dia for steps @ 300mm C/C. iii) Hold bar using MS flat of size 65x25mm, 450mm long, 3Nos on each side iv) Base plate 65mm dia and 25mm thick including make sutiable holes by core cutting 75mm dia, 150mm depth (to required depth) in the PCC/RCC/Stone facia and fixing the ladder with base plate in correct alignment and position by fixing/grouting with polyester resin grout material fosroc lokfix P/S (or) equivlant material all as per the manufacturers specifications, handling, transportation, labour, stacking, tools and plants, equipment, machineries, fuel, etc., complete including all machineries, labours, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc complete. Note: The weighment of the gate and accessories will be done at site and cost shall be borne by the contractor.

8.Preparing the surfaces of new Steel members and painting with two coats of Deluxe multi surface paint over a coat of primer (asian or equivalent) of approved quality to give an even shade, all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipments, etc., complete. Note: 1.Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per ChPA engineering manual. 2.The above quantity is inclusive of painting co-efficient.

9.Preparing the surfaces of existing Steel grating members and painting with two coats of Anti corrosive bitumastic paint (asian or equivalent) of approved quality to give an even shade, all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipments, etc., complete. Note: 1.Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per ChPA engineering manual. 2.The above quantity is inclusive of painting co-efficient.

10.Preparing the surfaces of old external walls and painting with two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (asian or equivalent) to give an even shade, all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

11.Supplying, Bending and fixing the SS 304 50mm dia pipe, wall thickness 2mm and pipe welded with base plate 60mm dia and 5mm thick including making suitable holes by core cutting 75mm dia, 150mm depth (to required depth) in the PCC/RCC/Stone facia and fixing the SS pipe with base plate in correct alignment and position by fixing/grouting with polyester resin grout material fosroc lokfix P/S (or) equivalent material all as per the manufacturers specifications and as directed including handling, transportation, all materials, labour, stacking, tools & plants, equipment, machineries, fuel, etc., complete.

12.Loading, transporting, dumping and levelling the debris etc., within a lead of 2kms all as per relevant specifications and as directed including all labour, transport, tools, equipments, fuel, etc., complete. Note: 1. The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in Trust's approved format at his own cost. 2.Payment will be based on the lorry cubical content. No deduction of voids for debris will be made.
