Dismantling G.I. pipes/ PVC pipe / CPVC pipe / Upvc pipe / C.I pipe (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : upto 110 mm dia pipe

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Cutting holes up to 30x30 cm in walls including making good the same:With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks

Cutting holes up to 15x15 cm in R.C.C. floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete below and above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves(Make: M/s. Kirloskar or M/s. Leader or equivalent) (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. including tail pieces if required : 150 mm diameter. Class II.Make Kirloskar or equivalent

Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 M sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 M sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. complete : For pipes 75 to 250 mm diameter

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Make:M/s. Asian "Ultima Protek) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. (Make:M/s. Painting with Polyurethane based(PU) enamel paint (Make: M/s. Indigo or M/s. Asian or equivalent) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Periodical desilting/ Cleaning /cleaning sewage well,alied tanks,manholes.,etc work includes removal of excess silt , sludge,girt, solid particles and other associated work material complete etc., by mechanically, cleaning the inner surfaces of sewage well /alied tanks /manholes by providing pressure jet of water so as to ensure the free flow of drainage as per the required flow and direction and cleaning the surfaces of sewage water/alied tank/manholes etc., 1..Sewage well /plant/manhole near Coconut tree of Size( 2 nos. of 0.91x0.91x4.5m).
