Labour for cleaning of underground reservoir and over head water tank of 12 lakh ltr capacity each , PVC PVC Water Tanks 1000ltr capacity-150 Nos. and Water Coolers-40Nos.inside factory premises removing deposited mud, vegetable growth and finally brooming down to obtain clear surface. Before starting of cleaning tanks shall be emptied in consultation with E-I-C. Cleaning to be carried out on half yearly basis.

Labour for removing plants roots, uprooting of wild growth from wall, terrace, sunshade & gutters at any height of various building (as per list ) completely from surface and making surface good after removing. Any debris/ bushes to be dumped away from the site with the help of tractor etc. Removing and uprooting to be carried out once during contract period.

Labour for trimming of tree/ tree branches hanging over roofs etc. at any height of various building (as per list ). It is to be ensure that no branch should be available in viciniy of 3 mtr of building at any height. including shifting of debris / branches etc. at suitable place or as directed with the help of tractor etc.. Trimming to be carried out once during contract period.

Hiring of Boom lift for roof cleaning and tree trimming purpose including boom operator and fuel.

Labour and tools for removing wild growth, grass, unwanted plants, maintaining the equal level of grass from surrounding of Tool room surrounding, V46 assembly building, Old MPS and FMS building surroundings, Steel Parts Shop and EAS-III surroundings, New MPS surroundings, Store building surroundings, QC Building, Electro plating and HTP building surroundings, Training school building surrounding, MT Section surroundings, Fire Section building surroundings, RO Plant and Pump House premises and Factory Health clinic building surroundings. Firm has to put labour in such a way that each builing surroundings mentioned above should be cleaned at least monthly once. Firm may use latest equipments such as lawn mower, brush cutter, chain saw etc to perform the work. Any debris/ bushes to be dumped away from the site with the help of tractor etc. Aforementioned work to be executed every month for each building mentioned above. (Approx. Area :126300 SQ.M)

Complete daily maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliage’s, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting manually with necessary tools & material, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers ( once in three month). Lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles, hand tools, insecticide, pesticide & fertilizer shall be provided by the contractor. Note : Frequency of grass cutting/trimming using fuel operating lawn mower and brush cutter on every month as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and as per attached location drawing. The thickness of the grass shall be maintained as 40-50mm from the ground level. (Approx. Area :19525 SQ.M)
