S&FPre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply & Fixing of Anodised aluminium snap grid 605 x 605 mm frame work for false ceiling all as specified.

Material and labour for Exposed metal frame ceiling with 8 mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for providing Thermally insulated PUF panels as required to size 75 mm thick colour coated plain galvalume sheet finish or laminated finish of approved colour and remaining height with PUF panels as mentioned above.The thickness of the galvalume sheet shall be 0.45 to 0.50 mm TCT including necessary covering plates to top surfaces,bottom surface ,ends,corners, and connecting joints wherver required at site . The rate is inclusive of the complete frame work required for the fixing of thermally insulated puff panels manufactured by the same manufacturer off the puff panels.

Material and labour for providing Thermally insulated PUF panels as required to size 75 mm thick colour coated plain galvalume sheet finish or laminated finish of approved colour . The glazing portion will be from 4 feet level running on all sides with 7 to 8 mm thick toughened glass 2 nos with vacum in between the two glass to be placed with a minium gap of 20 to 30 mm including all necessary fitting required for placing the glass in portion and remaining height with PUF panels as mentioned above.The thickness of the galvalume sheet shall be 0.45 to 0.50 mm TCT including necessary covering plates to top surfaces,bottom surface ,ends,corners, and connecting joints wherver required at site . The rate is inclusive of the complete frame work required for the fixing of thermally insulated puff panels manufactured by the same manufacturer off the puff panels.

Supply & Fixing of 2.00 mm thickness PVC tiles/ sheets,laminated plain coloured, marbled mosaic or mottled finish, laid with ap-proved rubber based adhesive in floors .

Material and labour for applying two coats of plastic emulsion on calcium silicate board / ceiling paint with one coat primer and new ceiling surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not other wise described.

Material and labour for applying two coats of plastic emulsion on old decorated surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not other wise described.

Material and labour for painting steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or grith with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide,zinc chrome primer including preparing new surfaces

Taking down old point wiring (Light, Fan, Socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulator, sockets, light fittings etc., removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc.,

Supply and fixing of LED luminaire 600mm x 600mm, 40 watts, 220V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holder & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conducter cases of suitable size complete.

Supply & Fixing of wiring for circuit / sub main wiring along with earth wire with following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conducter, single core cable in surface / recessed as required in PVC Conduit a) 2 x 1.5 Sqmm + 1x1.5 Sqmm earth wire
