Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1 : 6 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :

Spreading of manure , good earth in required thickness (cost of manure and good earth to be separately )

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Providing and supplying of Garden bench (Victorian) at site both side of garden bench is made of cast iron having back height of 720 mm and seating height of 390 mm (approx.) it may vary at some places and both side of Garden bench is connected with 10 Nos. MS tube of rectangular section size 65×25×3mm having length of 1520 mm for seating purpose with extra support 25×5 mm MS flat for extra stability. All sharp and rough edges of bench is to be grinded with grinder and all fill up with m-seal, and fixed at required position and this bench is having the provision of hold & fast system weight not less than 95Kg (for grouting) bench is complete with a coat of 1st class red oxide and with three coats of synthetic enamel of 1st class quality paint in green colour finally bench is assembled with nuts and fixing at the site complete with the direction of E-I-C.

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408

Provinding and laying of paver block as per IS 15658 : 2006 (Indian standerd for Precast concrete block for Paving -specification) and IRC :SP:63-2004(guidelines for the use of interlocking concrete blockPavement) M-35,60mm thick to be used in light traffic (Light traffic is defined as a daily traffic up to 150 commercial vehicles exceeding 30 KN laden weight, or an wquivalent up to 0.5 million standerd axles (MSA) for a design life of 20 years (A standerd axle is defind as a single axle load of 81.6 KN ) like pedestrain plazes, shopping complexes ramps, car Parks, office drveways , housing colonies , office complexes , rural roads with low volume traffic ,fram houses, beach sites, tourist resorts, local authority footwys ,residential roads, etc. Category 'B' denated only two side like I,Z,T shape etc. as per IRC SP 63:2004

Add extra over rates of 1A to E, if colored paver blocks are used 20%

Laying of lawns including ploughing leveling breaking of clods manuring and removal of stones etc. (cost of manure or extra good earth to be paid separately )maintenance of lawn foe 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawns free from weeds and fit for moving in the duration of planting if lawn die some where the contractor will replant it at his own cost
