PART-B ROAD WORK

Providing and laying stone masonry work in cement mortar 1:4 with mechanical mixer for foundation (any level) complete including all scaffolding etc. but excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification as per MoRTH Specification : Section 1000,1400 Random rubble masonry

Providing and laying bituminous macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate as per table 500 - 4, for base/binder course including loading of aggregates with F.E. loader and heating and mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen (including cost of antistripping compound wherever required) in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material in tipper to paver and laying mixed material with sensor paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling by power roller & vibratory compactor to achieve the desired density (as per job mix formula approved by the department )excluding cost of primer /tack coat [MoRTH Specification : Clause 504,112] with 3.30% bitumen with all lead. Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect.

Supply of decorative and heritage type top mounted street light with system wattage of 120W with system efficacy of minimum 120 Lumen/watt, having a minimum lumen output of minimum 14400 lumen. Decorative luminaries to be made of Spun Aluminum powder coated housing with PDC heat sink and should have IP65 optical compartment. LEDs make of CREE/NICHIA/OSRAM/lumiled. A Polycarbonate Diffuser shall be fitted in the Luminaries. The length of light from top to bottom must be minimum 610mm and the diameter light must be minimum 550 mm. The Luminaries should have surge protection of 4KV - 5 KV internal and 10KV external with driver voltage range of 140-280 V AC Current THD8% at 240 V at full load . Integrated suitable LED Driver to be fitted inside the Luminaries, having efficiency 85% and in compliance to IEC standards. The LED driver shall be integrated; however it should be easily replaceable, as & when required post warranty period. The warranty period of LED driver shall be 2 years from the date of installation. System life of 40000 to 50,000 burning hours with 70% of initial lumens maintained, CRI70 and CCT 5500K ±355K. Thermal conductivity of PCB should be = 2W/m-K. The Luminaries body should be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface. The luminaries shall be suitable for the fitment on the required single/double arm bracket. The luminaries shall be duly pre-treated and painted in U.V. ray resistant polyurethane paint in approved colour shade. A two way connector is provided for the mains connections. The luminaries are suitable 240 volt, single phase, AC. The warranty period of LED light shall be 2 years from the date of installation. Decorative luminaries shall be as per enclosed drawings. OEM must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for LED fixtures. (LM79 & LM80) certificate / Report from OEM shall be submitted. LED lunminaire and driver should be of same make. Manufacturer of LED driver should have EMI and EMC testing facility in house and testing report to be submitted before supply. The colour of the light must be as per choice of site engineer.All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Note:- The existing light will be given to the contractor. The contractor must quote the rate of new light such that the rate of the existing light must be reduced in the quoted rate. (Example- Rate of Light quoted = Rate of new Light - Rate Old Light )

Fixture made of powder coated single piece pressure die cast aluminum material with heat dissipation fins on housing with UV stabilized PC (UV stablization report submitted for UV cover ) /Toughened Glass cover and secondary lens on each LED & should be SMD type of 3 to 5 watt each . The System efficacy =125 lm/ wt and potted driver & has a unique BIS R number with Input Voltage AC 120 to 270 V AC with High voltage Cutoff @=300 V AC and Auto resetting Safety , Power Factor 0.95 driver Efficiency 85% ,THD(I) 10% Humidity 10% to 90% RH Working Temp -5C to 45C . driver current 750mA. Supply and erection of Decorative Cast Iron pole as per approved design of following length to be erected on Base plate . The pole shall be made of Cast Iron as per IS 210:1993, precision machining and filling job to achieve good finish and a fine coat of primer on each element before assembling. After assembling of each element one coat of primer and two coats of P.U. paint are applied. Approved coloured UV resist coating of mat/ glossy / Heritage metallic finish followed after air drying of pole. The pole shall have a weatherproof flush door and locking arrangements, all necessary electrical accessories for electrical connection, double arm bracket of length of 2000 mm complete in all respect. 9.0 Mtr.
