Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates as per table 510 and design mix for base/binder course including loading of material with F.E loader, heating of binder (including cost of antistripping compound wherever required) aggregate and filler in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH transporting the mixed material by tippers and laying with sensor paver finisher as per clause 507.3.5 to the required level and grade, rolling by self propelled power rollers and vibratory rollers or pneumatic tyred roller 150-250KN. TP=0.7MPa to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. [MoRTH Specification : Clause 507,112] with 4.50 % Bitumen with all lead. with bitumen grade 60/70

Supply of Retro-reflective sign boards size 1800x1200 mm made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet duly framed with 40 mm M.S. black tube (Medium Class) as per IS-1239 (Part-I) 1979 with Inner support of M.S. flat 12x3 mm whole structure is fixed with two supports each side 75 mm long and 40 mm M.S. black tube on two posts of 60 mm dia M.S. black tube (Medium class) as per 1239 (Part-I ) 1979 2.03 metre long each and also provision of hold fasts of M.S. bars 12 mm and 25 cm long two on each post. The sheet has to be stove enameled or epoxy painting one side and other side retro-reflective high intensity and black non reflective letter in non reflective sheet. The standard letters and numbrals have to be made as per IRC 30-1968 and the board shall be conformed to the MoRTH specifications clause. 801 Post and outer frame of board to be painted with black and white strips of synthetic enamel paint with black and white strips.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing, laying & fixing in position RCC spun or hume pipes ISI marked with proper jointing in required slope packed in the gasket of hume or spun yarn and neatly finished with rich grout of cement moratar 1:3 or having flexible rubber ring joint made with prefectly air and water tight including testing of joints as per MoRTH Specfication : Clause : 1000 & 2900 NP - 3 600 mm dia

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I.not more than 6, including compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller at OMC to achieve desired density to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P and all lead of material from quarry (compacted thickness to be measured). Grading as per MoRTH specification : Table 400-1, 400-2 with CBR value not less than 25.To achieve 95% Proctor density

Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface or granular base with bitumen emulsion as per IS: 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 6 kg /10 sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures including cleaning of road surface as per MoRTH specification CIause- 502,112

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound inclusive of type-1 reflectorising glass beads as per table 800.3, 800.4 applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformlywith reflectorising glass beads type-2 in addition @ 250 gm/scm with a road marking machine as per IRC : 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MoRTH specification clause 803.4.

Pointing on stone masonry in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) :Raised and cut pointing.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 on the prepared surface including cleaning as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 3 kg /10sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification CI.503,112

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. with all lead

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate of as per table 400-10 and 400-11 to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechnical mixer as per approved design mix, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with motor grader/F.E. Loader/paver finisher in sub base / base course on a well prepared under base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintance of diversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406) by mechanical means with all lead
