Providing services for Regular Up Keepment of ROW from EPIP Gate to C DOS and Poddar circle and up to Tonk road P No SPL 1 end at Industrial Area EPIP Sitapura Jaipur The scope of work consists of A) Jungle clearance, removal of rubbish etc between carpet edge and drain and the area between drain and boundary of plots i e upto full width of ROW in required camber and grade so as to drain off the water from road portion to drain inlets easily. The removal of overburden shall be done mechanically or manually including transportation from the site to outside the area to the dumping site identified by the contractor at his own cost to the full satisfaction of engineer in charge including all cost of T and P with all consumables. The contractor will be bound to follow all the rules and regulations or orders of NGT, RSPCB etc as applicable from time to time. B) Cleaning of paved shoulder or footpath wherever provided including removal of grass or any other foreign matter and cleaning of chutes. The scope work also includes cleaning of dustbins wherever provided. C) The contractor shall maintain a register to get the feedback regarding cleanliness done on respective road and respective entrepreneurs established on that particular roads and same is to be got countersigned from the engineer in charge at regular intervals as mutually decided including all labour Tools and plants transportation etc complete e It shall be sole responsibility of the contractor to remove the dead animal or Skeleton from the road portion included in work order on same day so as avoid any type of infection from the area concerned. The Contractor has to engage minimum 03 No skilled Labours or more with big handle broom and hand trolley for collection of garbage for the above work on daily basis. The above said work is to be carried on the roads as per directions of engineer in charge.

Engaging tractor mounted hydraulic broomer road sweeping machine having roller working width 2000mm, having arrangement for dust hooper, water tank with water spray arrangement to control dust having arrangement of both side brush (Side brush dia 500 mm ) along with main brush (Dia 600 mm). The scope of work includes diesel charges and driver charges per Hour complete in all respect. Any damage to the machine during work execution will be on the part of contractor. The Tractor mounted hydraulic broomer should be fitted with GPS system and should have all type of insurance required as per RTO norms/Motor vehicle Act (as applicable). The contractor has to submit GPS data of to tractor showing time duration engaged at the work before generation of bill. The work is to be executed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Engaging tractor with trolley with POL to dispose the waste/garbage collected from Industrial area EPIP to Designated waste disposal site outside the industrial area as per the direction of engineer - in - charge. The scope of work includes loading and un-loading charges, transportation charges etc complete in all respect. The rate is to be quoted inclusive of all taxes.
