The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the following areas: 1. Civil Works: Experience of Civil Works for at least 1 No. 400 kV or above voltage class Substations or at least 02 Nos. of 220kV or above voltage class substations, including Equipment and Structure foundations, Transformer/reactor foundation, Trenches, Control Room, etc. in the last five years, with successful completion of these civil works for at least 6 months prior to the date of bid opening. 2. Erection, Testing, and Commissioning: Experience of erection, testing, and commissioning of at least 1 No. 400 kV or above voltage class bays or at least 02 No. 220 kV or above voltage class bays, including Structures, Transformer, Equipments, C&R Panel erection, and Cable laying & terminations, etc. in the last five years, with successful completion of these works for at least 6 months prior to the date of bid opening. 3. Transmission Line related works: Experience of civil works related to transmission line tower foundations, of 220kV or above towers, etc., and experience of erection, testing, and commissioning of at least 1 KM of 220kV or above voltage class transmission line. The value and percentage of similar works completed are not explicitly mentioned, except that sub-vendors for major items/equipments/elements costing more than 5% of the overall cost of supplies quoted for the project should be proposed by the bidder.
