PART-A Constt. of Vented Causeway & Flush Causeway at Dundapura Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches etc. not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil 3m. Clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around hume pipes/masonry in 15cm layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 1000 metres.[MoRTH Specification : Clause 301,304]. Hard soil mixed with kankar, boulder etc.upto 20%

PART B Earth work in excavation including stacking/ disposal of surplus earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters exclusive of compensation of earth (MoRTH specification Clause 301 to 305). In hard soil mechanically using bull dozer, F.E. loader and carriage upto 1 km by tipper/dumper.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size as per table 400-6 & 400-7 to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with power roller 8-10 tonnes, in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of Stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering (with water browser) and rolling, making necessary earthen bund to protect edegs, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. [MoRTH specification : Clause 404] (by manual means) with all leads (compacted thickness as specified to be measured) Grading no.3 (53-22.4 mm) crusher broken

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size as per table 400-6 & 400-7 to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with power roller 8-10 tonnes, in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of Stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering (with water browser) and rolling, making necessary earthen bund to protect edegs, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. [MoRTH specification : Clause 404] (by manual means) with all leads (compacted thickness as specified to be measured). Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 602.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 602 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I.not more than 6, including compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller at OMC to achieve desired density to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P and all lead of material from quarry (compacted thickness to be measured). Grading as per MoRTH specification : Table 400-1, 400-2 with CBR value not less than 30. ii)To achieve 95% Proctor density

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated Cement Concrete in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.50 metres above Ground/Bed level as per MoRTH Specification : Clause 1000 & 1700. P.C.C. 1:3:6 mix with stone aggragate 40 mm hand broken.

Raised and cut pointing on stone work in CM 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand)
