Supply & Fixing tube well cover of MS sheet 8mm thick at top & 5mm thick 100mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI Nipple 45cm long & two GI flanges at both ends in 80mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet. A 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate. Supply & Installation of 3 phase ISI marked submersible motor pump set of five star rating by BEE and as per IS: 8034-2018 (pump) and IS 9283-2013 (motor) or as amended up to date of approved make of following duty condition with required accessories including making connection suitable for tube well/DCB. The job includes lowering of motor pump, installation of complete fitting & accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board, testing of submersible pump set and interconnection up to water mains, complete in all respect. 9.3 KW (12.5 HP) & head above 120 mtr.

Supply and Fixing of electric control feeder panel comprising of suitable rating MCCB , fully automatic star-delta starter, over load relay, ampere meter with CTs, volt meter, phase preventor, suitable starting capacitors, phase indicators, lighting arrangement etc complete suitable for three phase pump set. The panel should have space for energy meter ( supplied by DISCOM). All these equipments shall be housed by panel box made out from 18 guage M.S. Sheet with powder coating. Panel should be of minimum size 900 x 600 x 450 mm with Stand ( made of angle iron of size 35x35x5mm) duly bolted/screwed with enclosure box having 4 legs, each leg’s length 18" and double door including in built locking system. The legs should be embedded in M-15 cement concrete plat form.The size of CC plateform should be equal or bigger than the base size of panel having height of at least 200 mm from ground level. The panel should have opening of suitable size in front of space for energy meter with glass for meter reading. The operation of panel should be suitable for 440 Volt AC Supply. Dismantling of cement concrete pavement for pipe line and chambers by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, cutting the peripheral edge by CC cutter, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 meters. Measurement for dismantled trench to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made for trench width more than specified, re-handling of material/earth to complete the tasks as per technical specification and scope of work.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in trenches for water supply pipe lines, shoring and strutting if required as per required gradient and line including safety provisions using site rails and stacking excavated stuff including up to all required lead cleaning the site etc. complete for lifts up to 1.5 depth and strata as specified. The work also includes depositing and refilling of trench with watering & ramming /compacting in layers and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed for lead up to 50 mtr. In all type of soil For HDPE pipe line dia up to 110 mm

Deduct rate for above item of E/W for pipe line, in case of road cutting, deduct 10% for each layer of 100 mm thick road cut i.e. 20% for 200 mm thick and so on.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in base course complete including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work.

In addition to the ferrule, an orifice of 4.0 mm dia should also be provided in the service line at the entry point of the consumer's property in such a way that it should be accessible for inspection to VWSC, PHED and any other authority which would like to inspect as and when required. The service line should be laid at least 45 cm below ground level, except in case of concrete/bituminous roads where minimum depth shall be 20 cm. General specifications of MDPE pipes shall be as under: • The raw material shall be virgin PE 80 Blue compound and comply with the requirements of ISO/Directive of testing material : 9080 with minimum required strength of 8 Kg/sq.cm. • The raw material shall be Food grade quality Pressure rating shall be 12.5 Bar. • The pipes shall bear ISO marking.
