PREPARATION & SUBMISSION OF REPORT: Preparation and submission of comprehensive draft (3 Copies) and final (6 copies) reports along with editable soft copies of all the confirmatory tests, field investigations, geophysical investigations, laboratory tests, geological mapping, consolidation grouting reports etc. in the scope of this tender as detailed in various items, specifications, drawings inclusive of bore logs , survey of discontinuities, compilation, interpretation, analysis of the data. The reports shall be proof checked by a renowned geotechnical expert from Government agencies like IITs/ IISc / NIRM / CWPRS / GSI to be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The Geotechnical expert proof checking the report shall present and defend the report along with recommendations during the meetings with AERB. The separate report for each confirmatory geotechnical/geophysical/laboratory test reports are to be prepared for individual buildings as per the drawing and to be submitted progressively on priority basis and a consolidated report needs to be submitted at the end covering all these buildings. These separate reports shall also be proof-checked by a renowned geotechnical expert from Government agencies like IITs/ IISc / NIRM / CWPRS / GSI to be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The following pro-rata basis is considered for the release of payment towards preparation of Comprehensive test and recommendation reports. First Nuclear Building: 20%, Second Nuclear Building: 20%, Control Building: 15%, SAB (4Nos.) & WMP: 20%, Other buildings put together: 10%, Consolidated Report: 5%, Rest 10% of the amount will be released only after approval of the reports from NPC-SRC/Other Committee as decided by EIC. However, the rate for preparation of the supplementary test reports for these additional tests, if any, is deemed to be included in the quoted rates and nothing will be paid extra.
