Soft rock/Filled Up Rock/Soils/Crushed rocks

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:3:6 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC of Grade M - 35 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 440 Kg/Cum) for all levels below & above FFL using using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. FOSROC ,SIKA,BASF,CICO in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed.

PITCHING AND POINTING

b) Making MS Jali with MS round bar and Angles/channels etc.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys/cranes or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

EARTH WORK :

Earth work in over areas by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means/controlled blasting to required profile, level, grade, camber, etc in all soils/strata as mentioned below upto all depths as per drawing and as directed, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm in plan area including dressing of excavated sides and ramming of bottoms and disposal / stacking of excavated materials within a lead of 150m and all inferent lifts and filling in layers not exceeding 200mm, watering, consolidation etc. complete all as per specifications, drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

RCC PIPES

Providing Flush/ Ruled Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including preperation of surface complete as specified and directed.

Hard rock ( by chiselling or wedging or rock hammer and cutter or hydraulic splitter or by using machine such as poclain with jack hammer or controlled blasting or by approved chemical method as directed by EIC)

SHUTTERING WORKS

Supplying, lowering, laying, RCC SPUN PIPES of class and internal dia mentioned below conforming to IS:458 with necessary collars, laid to correct grade and levels at and at all depths below plinth level including cutting to lengths, jointing with hemp yarn and cement mortar 1:1, caulking the joints and finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Stone pitching 150 mm thick with cement mortar 1:6 preparing surface complete as specified and directed.(Stones are available inside the campus and available at free of cost and stone transportation which includes breaking the stones into relavant sizes is in the contractor scope)

Plum concrete with M-10 cement concrete, using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level to be filled in all interstices (not less than 150mm) with plums not exceeding 50 percent of total volume of plum concrete and stone size shall be between 200 to 300 mm and shall be hard durable and tough. The water cement ratio shall be adjusted at site to maintain the flowability of concrete to fill all the interstices properly laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., as specified and directed.
