Conducting Final location survey (FLS) for Broad gauge railway line along the existing line with consultant's own labour, tools, plants & equipment, materials,transportation with all lead and lifts, duly taking all safety precautions to ensure safety, using survey instruments like Total Stations, DGPS, Auto levels etc and using MX Rail software as per the scope, terms of reference, relevant provisions of Indian Railways Code for Engineering Department (1999, Third reprint) with up to date correction slips, special conditions of tender and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge, including Topographical survey for 25metre corridor on proposed alignment side of center line of existing track or on both sides of proposed alignment at diverted alignment or adequate width in station yards as the case may be, taking the longitudinal levels at intervals of 20 m. & at obligatory points and cross sectional levels at an interval of 5m ( or less as decided by Engineer in charge as per the terrain) ( 1 extra width to be covered at some locations as directed by Engineer -in- charge), including staking of approved alignment with CC pillars (150x150x900 mm size with 300mm projected above ground level) at an interval of 100m and with wooden pags ( 50x50x 450mrn size) at every 20m where track is not parallel or is away from the existing track by more than 15 m (cost of wooden pags in inclusive).The RCC Pillars shall also be fixed on curves indicating transition portion, apex point, crown of curve, beginning and end point of circular curves, (5 locations for each curve), at major bridges two posts one on either side (Payment for CC Pillars will be made separately as per item 2 of schedule), including submitting list of distance and coordinates of centre line of proposed BG line from centre line of existing BG line at every 20m interval. The rate also includes preparation and submission of report of Final Location survey (FLS) printed & duly bound (2 sets) and with two soft copy in CD. NOTE : Detailed Project Report (DPR) should be prepared as per Railway Board letter no. 2022/W-1/Gen/DPR proforma (E-off : 3404238) dt. 13.12.23 & No 2018-w-1/Gen/policy dt 22.12.23.

Supplying and fixing cast-in- situ or precast M-20 or1:1.5:3 nominal mix concrete pillars of different 2 sizes as per scope of work and technical specifications with contractors own materials, tools and plants, including all leads, lifts and crossing of tracks etc. complete. Note:Rate is for concrete block of 0.45mx0.45mx0.90 m for this item, for other sizes proportionate rate will be worked out and paid.

"Preparation and submission of detailed longitudinal sections (L-section), on MX Rail/ AutoCAD showing 5Km in each sheet at a scale of 1:5000 Longitudinal and 1:500 laterally. the longitudinal section will have the details like Km/Chainages of the permanent features such as stations, level crossing, Bridges (Existing & Proposed), tangent points of all curves (Existing & Proposed), over head crossing and other important physical features as decided by Engineer -incharge, existing rail level of B.G. track, ground level, existting formation level of new B. G. line , depth of cutting and height of bank w.r.t. groung level , gradient existing and proposed in B.G. details of H.F.L./clearance/free board of existing bridges and proposed bridges, bed levels of each bridge. preparation and submission of details plan on MX raii/AutoCAD showing the alignment of railway line, curve /3details, details of bridges (Existing & Proposed B.G.), railway land boundary, level crossing, all permanent temporary/physical structures within the rail boundary as required for L- section, location of tangent points of curve, turnouts, Centre line of station and its name, over head crossing, alingment of the road in the aproach, configuration of nalllahs /river/water streams etc. plotting and submission of the cross section on MX Rail / AutoCAD on left /right hand side of centre line of existing track or 50m on both side as diverted alignment as the case may be, taking the longitudinal levels at intervals of 20m and at obligatory points and cross sectional levels at an interval of 5meters. Note: a. The Proposed grade shall be finalized in consultation with Railway administration to achieve most economic and feasible section of the formation. b. Rail levels & HFLs of all the bridges should be found out and indicated on the L- section. c. The L- section shall be prepared in form confirming to prevelent practice on Railways to the satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge and necessary changes/ modifications during course of approval will be done by the contractor. d. The contractor shall submit calculation of earthwork and blanketing required for proposed new alignment at every cross section and for every KM. Both hard copy and soft copy of calculation as per format prescribed by the Engineer-in-charge shall be submitted by the contractor. e. The contractor shall submit the Sections/ Drawingss / Plans on soft copy & advance copy on white paper for approval of L- section in soft copy on CD/Pen drive and cross section plotted and bounded in proper booklet in one set along with earthwork calculation register."
