Supply, installaton, testing & commissioning of 11000 / 433 volts,50Hz, 400 KVA copper wound, Oil cooled (ONAN), ON LOAD TAP CHANGER, Outdoor type, step-down transformer as per IS 1180, Level 2, with AVR, RTCC Panel Tappings provided on HV shall be in variation of +10 to -10% in steps of 1.25% as per Specifications, Technical Data sheet & Standards & IS. The Transformer should have Cable end Boxes on H.T. side Suitable for 3 Core, 240 Sq.mm. XLPE cable on L.T. side suitable for Busduct as per requirement. Winding Temperature Indicator with alarm, marshalling box and trip contact, WTI Alarm & Trip Contact for DCS purpose on TB with relay.Transformer shall be tested from CTL of discom before charging of transformer & complete installaion must be certified from Electrical Inspectorate office as per Indian Electricity rule, (CTL testing charges and Electrical Inspection charges shall be reimbursed by the department to the contractor)Following tests shall be carried out on each transformer at site by OEM enginer in presence of department authorised representative:- a) Ratio test on each tapping.b) Resistance of windings at principal and all tapings.c) Insulation resistance of the winding between HV to earth / HV to LV / LV to earth.d) Vector group test.e) Magnetic Balance test.
