Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, without dowel bar, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness design, over prepared sub base the with 43 Grade Cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) Coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate bit exceeding 25mm, mixed in concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 Micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators, adn finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and contruction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound and water finihsing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRD specification clause 1501 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand): For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 Sq.Cm

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whenever required : 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead up to 50 meter and with all lift.
