Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (To be used for maintenance work judicially . necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.)

Making holes in all types of rock for anchorage etc. for any depth below foundation level 30/40 mm dia. including fixing charges for providing of inserts like anchor bars along the grouting, anchoring etc. true in line & plumb as per approved detailed working drawing including cost of cement grout tc.complete in all respect.(Cement grout 1:1 as per clause no. 2800 & 2806 of MoRTH Specification)(excluding cost of steel) and as per the directed of the Engineer.

Supply and erection of GI stay set confirming to pattern-1 of BS:16/1974 and as per latest Discom Specifications complete with stay rod with anchor plate fitted with cast iron cross head and steel bow, in cement concrete 1:3:6 including excavation of pit-re-filling etc complete as reqd. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure 'A' attached with this BSR.Stay set of dia 16mm, 1.8m long stay rod and anchor plate 300 x 300 x 4.0 mm

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per technical specification including subsequent cutting/ removal and sealing of the holes as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with cement/ Epoxy as per clause 2807 of MoRT&H Specification..Epoxy grout as per clause 2800 & 2803 of MoRT&H specification.

Cutting of trees, including cutting of trunks, branches and removal of stumps, roots, stacking of serviceable material with all lifts and up to a lead of 1000 mtrs and earth filling in the depression/pit to required compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause 201. (Measurement of girth to be done at height of 1 m above ground level Girth from 300 mm to 600 mm

Earth work in excavation for roadway, ncluding trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of line, grades and cross sections, including disposal of surplus material with all lift and lead upto 1000 metre as per MoRT&H specification clause 301 Blasting prohibited (considering serviceable material)

Guniting (Minimum density 2T/Cum.) on concrete/masonry surface with wire mesh size 50x50mm of wire thickness 3mm and cement mortar 1:3, applied with compressor after cleaning surface and applying with epoxy complete as per technical specification as per clause 2807 of MoRT&H Specification.
