Providing and fixing Granite stone slab mirror polished and machine edge cut in walls, pillars, steps, Shelves, Sills Counters, Floors etc. laid on 12mm (Av.) thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) jointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1white cement : 2 marble dust) with pigment to match the shade of the marble slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing complete.Upto to 1500 Cm2 Tiles

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed vitrified tiles of colour standard white, grey, ivory, fume, red brown, light green, light blue, and other light shades with water absorption less than or equal to 0.08% confirming to IS : 13753 & IS : 15622 in floor, steps etc laid on bed on neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on wall and pillar) Size 600mm x 600mm

29.26 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. 29.26.1 In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Wiring of light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) in recessed ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) vergin material PVC conduit & it's all accessories( J.B. , Bends etc.) , round tiles,18 SWG G.I. box with earth terminal, 6 A switch , 3 pin ceiling rose/ Lamp holder / 3 point Connector, 3.0 mm thick ISI marked phenolic laminated sheet (IS : 2036 - 1995), Al. alloy/ cadmium plated iron screws 20 mm cup washers etc. all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections, testing etc. complete as required.
