SITC of Decorative ornamental mild steel galvanised tubular pole having different profile with 340 mm dia cast iron base with decorative gravity casted embelishments on the pole as per drawing attached. The bottom profile of the Pole is 1500mm X 140mm X 4 mm and the top profile is 4500 mm X 90 mm X 3,6 mm. The pole is suitable for decorative single arm bracket for mounting of Street Light. The Pole has a service window at bottom for routine maintenance comprising of 4 way connector and provision for MCB on a bakelite sheet for Loop in and loop out arrangement. Pole and bracket are properly machined and treated before epoxy primer coating and two coats of polyurethene paint in antique golden colorand a final coat of PU glossy clear for anti corrosion. The bottom portion of the pole has a fine laser cut image of Shreenath ji as per drawing which shall be backlit by a 3W watt LED lamp ( of any standard make )from inner side of the pole. This laser cut image shall be of size 4" X 6" . Also, an aluminium label of size 1.5" X 4" is to be riveted on the pole with lable of Nagar Palika, Nathdwara Pole Height 9000mm With decorative Double Arm Bracket ( as per drawing ) of 1000mm with 700mm overhang made out of mild steel pipe with laser cut rings. The job includes making of CC foundation of M-20 grade with 4 nos. foundation bolts of size M 20 length 750 mm J type.
