The bidder is required to have prior work experience in executing contracts of a comparable nature. The project manager should have 15 years of experience in executing such contracts, including not less than five years as a manager. In terms of specific experience, the bidder shall meet the following minimum criteria in the past 7 years: i. Experience in work under single contract, costing not less than 70% of the estimated cost of the feeder segregation work only. ii. Experience in works under two contracts, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the feeder segregation work only. iii. Experience in works under three contracts, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the feeder segregation work only. The bidder should provide details of contracts executed during the last 7 years, including the cost of the project and the percentage of cost with respect to the estimated cost of this bid. However, the exact estimated cost of feeder segregation is not provided. The bidder should also provide a year-wise breakup of the value of work completed during the last 7 years, from FY 2017-18 to FY 2023-24, including the value of work completed during each financial year (in Rs. Crores). Additionally, the bidder should provide a summary of projects awarded, including the value of work completed (in Rs. Crores) and the balance value of work. The bidder's financial experience, including Net worth, Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT), and Liquid assets, should also be provided, with monetary values in Rs. lakhs.
