Construction of embankment with approved Material obtained from borrow-pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land with lead upto 1 km as per MoRTH Specification : Clause No. 305.

Providing and Erecting typical Citizens Information Board as per approved drawing & specification of MoRD, made of two MS Sheet of 1.6 mm thick each of size 900 mm × 750 mm stiffened by angle iron 25 mm ×25 mm × 3 mm all around the plate and plates fixed on frame of 75 mm dia pipe of 12 SWG sheet (vertical post 3050 m with angle holdfasts and horizontal member 900 mm) to be joined by 5 mm thick MS plate at 12 places (65 × 50 mm) duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade of block of 600 mm × 600 mm × 750 mm size below ground level as per enclosed drawings & as directed by Engineering - In-Charge. All MS will be stove enameled on both side, Lettering, figuring and border will be with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour etc. complete in all respect. All sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing and as per MoRD specification.

"Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking blocks of 60mm thick (M-30 Grade) manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibto perssed machine & full computerized automatic batching plant of class A-" I as per BS: 6717-2001. The CC interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compected sub base as defined. The work includes earth work in cutting of B/T road, cutting of WBM road and disposal of unserviceable Material with all leads & lifts and stacking of serviceable Material complete job is to be executed as per the instructions of Engineer-in- charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead, lifts & taxes General specification of Blocks:

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete M- 15 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 below ground level and or 1.50mtr. above ground/bed level.

Providing and fixing of Reinforced Ferro-Cement Drain cover designed of class "A" & "AA" loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforcement having thickness 75 mm to 150 mm anti-corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate, Rim and on M.S. lifting hooks, admixture like plasticizer bond-improving compound, shrinkage resistance compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc. Span 451 mm to 700 mm Standard Size 1000 x 800 mm

Providing and laying Slurry Seal consisting of a mixture of fine aggregates, Portland cement filler, bituminous emulsion and water on a road surface including cleaning of surface, mixing of slurry seal in a suitable mobile plant, laying and compacting to achieve density 2.2 tonne per cum to provide even riding surface. (MoRTH Specification Clause 512) Case-I 5mm thick @ 12.10 per 10 sqm

Filling pot-holes and patch repairs with open- graded premix surfacing, 20mm thick compacted with bitumen binder VG10 @14.60 kg/10 sqm and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant, transporting the mixed Material with tipper and laying manually to the required level and grade, rolling with power roller, 8-10 tonne, removal of all failed Material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot-holes with hot bituminous Material as per Clause 511, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2 including cost of tack coat and including cost of seal coat type B with lead for mix of Material 1 km. (MoRTH specification : Clause 3004.2)

Supply & Planting of shady plants (Neem, Peepal, Goolar, Jamun, Imli or other specified) along road side including the following activities :- Perparation of soil including cleaning & removing of unwanted shrubs removal of stones & garbage. Supply of plant at site of two years of age &height more than 1.50 Mtr Supply of dry manure (farm yard manure organic) Supply of Insecticides Digging of pits size 60x60x60 cms. Including removal of stones. Manuring application of insecticides & watering at least 15 liter plant after planting. Half brick Circular tree guard in second class bricks, internal dia 1.25 meter above ground and 0.20 meter below ground, and 0.20 meter below ground, bottom two courses laid dry and top three courses in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) and the intermediate courses being in dry honey comb masonry, as per design complete.

Watering to plants. Maintenance of plants by the contractor including of pits/bids preparation of Thavala Hoeing weeding etc. & application of insecticides etc. & security. if the plants die or get disrupted due to any reason during maintenance period of 5 years, the contractor has to replace the same plant at his own cost.
