Removal and installation of internals of Cation's (3nos)Anion's (2nos) ,MB's (3nos) and ACF(3 nos)etc for re-rubber lining jobs.

Shifting of pipe spools with in work area , temporary slinging of pipe spools for making of flange joints.

Assisting in carrying out of following below mentioned activities

Shifting of spares,valves and required material from central stores to work site and shifting of gaskets,bolts,molykote,grease etc from mechanical sectional store to work site.

Providing scaffolding up to an elevation 9.144 m(30 ft) from ground with supply of material .The size of scaffold shall be minimum 3 SqM

Collection of Aluminium scaffolding from sectional store ,shifting to work site,assembling and installation of aluminium access tower of 7 module (1410 mm x 1180 mm x 16280 mm)& dis-assembly and return to sectional store in terms of module as per requirement.Contractor shall deploy two numbers skilled riggers per day for preparation of scaffolds.Aluminium scaffolding modules will be provided by department free of charge on returnable basis.

Shifting of components to R&M Shop for machining,drilling,lapping and similar repair works etc.

Removal,dis-mantling ,cleaning ,overhauling and re-installation of utility pupms

Handling ,hanging and carrying out lowering of lifting tools & tackles like chain pulley blocks,ropes,pull lift etc.

Maintenance of boosters:-removal,cleaning ,alignment and re-installation of components of boosters.

Providing temporary scaffolding including supply of material and man power by using 1-1/2" thick 6" wide wooden planks(seasoned & non-warping type)properly secured with the horizontal members (scaffolding pipe 40NB preferably)by using binding wire & maintaining plank overhang projection not more than 50 mm beyond its horizontal supports.Any scaffolding such prepared must conform to IS-3696-1966 and shall be subjected to check by HWP (K) safety group, before declaring it as fit for use. Such scaffolding shall be removed by the contractor after completion of maintenance work by the contractor and measured contractor or his supervisor shall co-ordinate to the shifting of material,preparation and removal of scaffolding .He shall assign them for taking up of jobs on day to day including mainaining register of jobs and manpower attendance during the contract period.

Shifting of welding generators ,gas cylinders,lying of cables,grinders and other accessories.
