Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications preparation of surface, etc complete.

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Applying two coats of Alkyd-Zinc phosphate primer/paint of approved brand and manufacturer (first coat in red oxide colour, second coat in grey colour) on existing erected/new angle iron posts (India side & Pak side), including struts & M.S spike plates and including scraping of surfaces of old/new angle iron posts by sand papering or with electric operated hand grinder or any other appropriate means to remove scales, oid paint, rust or any other impurities to make the surface clean, smooth and ready to receive the paint, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing nuts and bolts including washers for fixing angle iron in fencing work (10 to 12 mm dia & 50 mm long)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

Up to depth of 3.00 meter

Boring/Drilling and embedding M.S Pipe 200 mm dia light duty with the help of hydraulic excavator/hydraulic hammer/other suitable mechanical means in sand dunes/Tibba portion below ground level/ sand dunes surface level including hire and running charges of all equipment tools, plant and all machineries required for the job all complete including feeling of local tibba sand inside the pipe up to the one meter below the top level as per direction of engineer-in charge (Cost of M.S pipe will be paid separately).

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing G.I barbed wire ,of size 2.5 mm x2.0 mm TYPE A LOWA TYPE (weight to be not less than 108 gms per meter length), conforming to I.S. code 278 , duly dipped in anticorrosive bitumastic paint ( average thickness 45 micron),fixing to the existing M.S angle iron posts placed at 5.0 m c/c in 23 horizontal rows ( 16 rows in vertical portion and 7 rows in slanting portion)and stretched with M.S HOOKS /tightening bolts, and also properly inter woven with two sets of cross diagonals as per drawing (one on vertical portion and other on slanting portion) with G.I barbed wire of same specifications, fixing each row of barbed wire to intermediate angle iron post between tightening bolts with split cotter pins of size 5x22 (confirming to IS-549 Steel), including providing vertical strands wire at 300mm c/c spacing up to a height of twenty nine rows of barbed wire above ground level, each vertical stands adequately tied at three staggered places with G.I wire of not less than 16 gauge, including applying three coats of alkyd zinc phosphate primer /paint of approved brand and manufacture (first coat in red oxide colour , second coat in grey colour and top coat in black colour ) on tightening bolts , hooks & cotter pins , nuts ,washers & bolts, all as per direction of engineer -in -charge.

Channels, angles, tees and flats

Providing and fixing M.S flat o size 1000mm x 80 mm x6 mm,having required number of M.S. round spear headed spikes of size 75 mm long & 10 mm dia weldede to the flat , having four holes of size 12 mm dia,fixing the flat to the existing/ new angle iron posts and and having required numbers of hols fixing barbed wire , all as per drawing & direction of engineer -in -charge.

Up to depth of 6.00 meter
