Supplying and Errection of 6 Mtrs hight G.I. octagonal pole on the existing foundation with following specifications - Bottom - 130 mm, Top - 70 mm , thick- 3 mm (bottom & top section) hot deep galvanise sheet , Base plate- 220 mm X 220 mm X 12 mm, foundation bolt size - 20 (M20) mm dia, bolt length - 700 mm, Nos of holes - 04 Nos, Foundation Bolt - 04 Nos including supply and embedding 2 Nos. 63 mm dia DWC HDPE pipe for cable entry (from bottom of foundation to top of foundation for cable entry ), with inbuilt resistance,weathproof electrical junction box having terminal blocks for looping in /looping out of cables, din rail, 32 Amp connectors etc mounted on bakelite sheet for flush door having locking arrangement etc. as required as per manufacturer specification and as mentioned in the NIT Make -Crompton /Surya/Utkash/Bajaj/jindal

S/I/T/C of straight arm bracket having cap made out of 80 mm dia GI pipe (Medium class),300 mm long and arm made out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron 1 Mtr long to be welded on cap including fixing the bracket with 04 Nos GI nut on existing pole including connection testing etc as required as per direction of engg-in-charge.

S/I/T/C of double arm bracket having cap made out of 80 mm dia GI pipe (Medium class),300 mm long and arm made out of 40 mm dia GI Pipe (Medium class) , 0.5 Mtr long one side and .5 Mtr long another side to be welded with cap including fixing the bracket with 04 Nos GI nut on existing pole including connection testing etc as required as per direction of engg-in-charge.

Installation/Testing/Commisioning of LED street lights/secuirity lights/post top lights in the existing GI Pole /octagonal poles of length up to 9 Mtr including connection, testing etc as required as per direction of engg-in-charge.

Desigining,Fabrication Supply/ installation/ testing and commissioning of compartmentalised type outdoor feeder piller, double door made out of 2.03 mm thick CRCA powdered coated sheet having 200 amps, 04 nos insulated aluminium bus bars and to accommodate following accessories, front & back openable door with proper hinges, R-Y-B LED indicators and P & F of internal connection with suitable size of copper wires, following accessories & angle iron frame of suitable size with 600 mm long legs made out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick angle & grouting the same in suitable cement concrete foundation, arrangement for incoming & outgoing cables, cable termination, earthing, locking, interconnection etc. as required. (CPRI Approved builder). The feeder pillar should have Indicating lamp (LED type) 22.5 mm 230 volt AC Red, Yellow and blue make LK/Havells/simens- 03 nos, CT Ratio (Amp) 100/05, accuracy class 1, burden 05 VA - make LK/AE/Trinity -03 nos, Digital Multifunction meter (VAF + PF) make LK or equivalent in AE/Siemns- 01 No, Earth studs on both side.The feeder pillar should have provision to acccomodate 125 Amp , 4 Pole MCCB-1 No as a incommer and , 100 Amp 4 pole MCCB -01 nos -as spare ,63 Amp , 2 Pole MCCB-03 No as outgoing) . The design of the feeder pillar should got approved from Competent Technical authority before fabrication. (The Fp should be of approx size 600 x 600 x 350 mm deep (area of Feeder pillar is taken in sq mm face area).
