Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick .

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per MORTH specification clause 202.

Earth work in excavation, including stacking/disposal of surplus material with all lifts and lead up to 50 meters, exclusive of compensation of earth (MoRTH specification : Clause 301 to 305) When excavation and loading is done mechanically using Bukll Dozer, Front-end loader and carriage is done up to 1 Km. by tipper/dumper (6T capacity).

Construction of rolled cement concrete base course with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383 , the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm with minimum, aggregate cement ratio 15:1 and minimum cement content of 200 Kg/Cum, aggregate gradation to be as per Table 600-4 after blending, mixing in batching plant as per mix design at optimum moisture content, transporting to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes smooth wheeled vibratory roller to achieve, the designed flexural strength, finishing and curing.

Providing and fixing of Precast concrete interlocking blocks of manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine & full computerized automatic batching plant of class A-1 as per BS : 6717-2001. The C.C. interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 25 mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead, lift, lifts & taxes general specifications of blocks.1.
