Taking out of R.R. Stone masonry very carefully without damaging the adjoining structure including staking of serviceable material at suitable place for re-use with lead approx. 50mtr avg. and lift approx. 3 mtr avg. as per directions given by engineer-in-charge etc complete.

R.R. stone masonry (100% collection/available stone) on top of hill in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1lime :1 surkhi : 1coarse sand) as per matching the original with lead approx. 600 mtr and lift 110.00 mtr avg. etc complete in all respect as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stone slab/lintel (Spotless Red sandstone from Bansi Pahadpur matching the original) after taking out the old/damaged/cracked lintel stone as per matching the original in lintel above Gate No. 6 at top of the hill etc after proper propping of the structure with fine chiseled in proper shape and size fixed with lime mortar 1:1:1 (1Lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 Coarse Sand from Banas River) mortar to be prepared in garath including filling the joints with mortar etc complete as per the direction given by engineer-in-charge. (Note: Contractor shall take the approval of sample of stone to be used from Circle Office, Jaipur before executing the work)

Providing & Laying 40-45mm avg. thick red sand stone (from Bansi Pahadpur) flag stone flooring including pointing over a 20-40mm avg. thick mortar bed of 1:1:1 lime surkhi mortar to give proper slope for drainage including chiselling and cutting the stone in required size and jointed with matching slurry to match the shade of stone used in flooring etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge. (Note: Contractor shall take the approval of sample of stone to be used from Circle Office, Jaipur before executing the work)

Recess pointing on Stone Masonry of the structure with lime mortar 1:1:1 (1lime : 1c.sand (with less than 8% clay content) : 1brick surkhi) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with adhesive material like gud, belgiri, gond, etc complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding with avg. lead approx. 600mtr & avg. lift approx. 110mtr etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Providing water tanker 5000 ltr capacity for masonry work and water curing purpose.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by manual/mechanical means with lead approx. 500mtr avg. and lift approx. 20mtr, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Making of 2 masonry tanks of size 2.00x1.96x1.00m above ground level and 2.00x1.96x0.85m with proper size and design for slaking of lime and grinding of mortar, including all labour and material with 0.23m thickness of brick masonry walls (with 1:6 Cement Mortar) of tanks in class designation 7.5 bricks with neat coat of cement plaster 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand) and 1:4:8 cement concrete of thickness 0.10m at the bottom of both tanks, the tanks has to be dismantled after the completion of work and area to be levelled with sand for site clearance and good apprearance after the completeion of work etc complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Making of masonry tank of size 2.46x1.50x2.00m with height of tank 0.60m above ground level with proper size and design for storing the water, including all labour and material with 0.23m thickness of brick masonry walls (in 1:4 Cement Mortar) of tank in class designation 7.5 bricks with neat coat of cement plaster 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) and 1:2:4 cement concrete of thickness 0.10m at the bottom of tank, the tank has to be dismantled after the completion of work and area to be levelled with sand for site clearance and good apprearance after the completeion of work etc complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.
