The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of earthwork, Granular sub-base/base, RE Walls, Concrete in bridges, with a certificate from the employer showing details of the bidder's share of work. The bidder should have experience in roads, bridges, airports, railways, tunneling, or other specified types of works. They should provide details of their experience, including the value of the total contract, date of award, date of completion, and contract duration. The bidder should have completed similar works, and the values are as follows: - one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, - or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, - or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. For works above Rs 5.00 Crore, the bidder should have completed similar works during previous years, duly supported with performance certificates from the authority for whom the work was completed. The information should include the name of the work, estimated cost, date of start, and date of completion. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years immediately preceding the Financial Year in which bids are invited. The bidder should also provide information on their current commitments on all contracts that have been awarded, including contract value, percentage and amount of participation of the firm in the Project/Work, and percentage and amount sub-contracted by the firm. The bidder's prior work experience is assessed through the calculation of their Assessed Available Bid Capacity.
