The value of road work completed under a specific scheme shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this requirement. The bidder should demonstrate experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years, with certificates from the concerned officer. The available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value, excluding maintenance, and will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the estimated contract value. The subcontracting of components of the works should not be more than 25 percent of the contract price. The bidder should have a valid registration and provide an Annual Turnover Certificate for the last five financial years, with a breakup of civil works and total works in each financial year. The exact percentage of similar works completed is not specified, but the bidder should provide details of similar works executed. The total monetary value of civil construction works performed for each of the last five years is required.
