For works above Rs. 5.00 Crores, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed, in the last five years, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the completion of civil engineering works, and includes specific roles such as Project/Work Manager, Site Engineer, and Quality Control Engineer, each with their own experience requirements. The Project/Work Manager should have BE (Civil) with at least 2 years of experience, the Site Engineer should have BE (Civil) & BE (Elect.) or Diploma (Civil / Elect.) with at least 2 years of experience, and the Quality Control Engineer should have B.E. (Civil) or Dip. (Civil) with at least 2 years of experience.
