LT PANEL:- Designing, Supply, Erection, Testing & commissioning of indoor Type LT cubical panel (TTA) enclosure (dust, vermin and interchangeable modules with facilites for extensions or reduction as per the space or requirments). The Panel shall be suitable for operation at 415+6% Volts, 50HZ, Rated Impulse Voltage- 12 KV, 3 phase 4 wire & earth system. Panel has to be certified for Internal Arc test for 50 KA at Horizontal Busbar, Vertical Busbar and Cable chamber and Mechanical Impact IK10.The assembly manufacture should be ISO approved and CPRI tested for short circuit of (minimum 50kA) as well as IP degree of protection(IP42). Fabrication: Panel shall be made from 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet, conforming to IEC61439 (Part 1&2). The fabrication should be such that all the member i.e. vertical/horizontal should be detachable type i.e. total bolted. In case of any changes required at site should be possible then and their self without any cutting or welding. The fabrication of the panel in 3B IP2 X (touch proof) protection (even after opening the feeder compartmentdoor. ) fully compartmentalized type i.e. bus bar channel as well as the cable chamber should be totally isolated from the feeder chamber,The compartmentalization to be achieved by using metal separators, use of PVCsheet/ Hylem sheets shall not be allowed. Where the crossing of the wire or bus link should have proper rubber gourmets or non-hygroscopic material. No live part should be in visible condition. The base channel will be made out of 75mm x 40mm x 5mm rolled channel. "The door should be double folded without edge and the gasket should be ‘S’ type puffed neutral rubber gasket for long life. The hinges of the door should be bolted type with double hole arrangement. The panel door lock should be quick openable type spring loaded. There should not be any special tool or key to open the lock. Minimum depth 400mm / wide 300 mm for busbar/ Cable ally at the front of the panel. The panel will be free standing floor mounting type having provision for cable entry from bottom/top with cable glands etc. Painting: The sheet metal is sprayed with corrosion resistant etch Primer. The finishing treatment shall be applicable with air drying paint (7/9 tank Powder coated process should present in company pemises) after necessary putty work. Busbars: The panel shall be provided with TPN Aluminium Bus-Bar of E91E Grade. of suitable size according to the size of MCCB's. All Busbar will be air insulated with codified in Red, Yellow, Blue & Black as per standard for cable termination with the help of extended busbar only with proper adjustable cable supports. The main busbar would be supported upon non-hygroscopic SMC/DMC supports.Metering: The panel shall be completed with digital metering unit (with selector switches, voltmeter &ammeter) epoxy insulator, gasket, PVC sleeves, CT's & L.E.D. type indicator etc. Manufacturer of Panel should be CPRI Approved (Approval not older then 5 years) & ISO certified (Manufacturer workshop as per ISO 9001: 2015 standard). LV Switchboards shall be certified by 3rd party Certification body as per IEC 61439-(Part1- 2).Test reports without certificate shall not be considered admissible proof of compliance.The Certifying Authority shall be qualified under ISO/IEC 17065 as per IEC 61439-1.Certified design of switchboards shall be proven design from OEM (Original Equipment/ Switchgear Manufacturer). OEM name should be mentioned on top of each column of switchboard. Also, OEM Partnership Certificate shall be furnished by Panelbuilder.Switchboard configurations offered shall be CPRI/ Independent international test house tested for all the 12 type tests as per IEC61439-1-2 and to provide certificate against each panel rating and internal arc tests. Copies of the test certificates shall be submitted with the tender.The authorization certificate of principal /switchgear manufacturer should be attached by concerned contactor/ panel builder, The Concerned contactor shall be approved the detailed drawing of panel with complete specification from the Engineer in charge at site. Detail of capacities of ACB/MCCB's to be installed in the cubical panel Enclosure (including the cost of ACB/MCCB's+E.R.H.) as per following. Incomer: Air circuit-breaker of suitable ampere rating at 415V, 50Hz, 4 Pole Electrical draw-out type with inbuilt microprocessor based trip sytem with thermal memory, zone selective interlocking, pre trip alarm, individual fault indicating LED, O/C, S/C, Instantaneous & E/F internal protection, Impulse withstand voltage 12kV, rated insulation voltage 1000V, rated operational voltage 690V, fully rated neutral, protection against overload & shortcircuit with setting at 50%-100%-OFF, suitability for isolation as per IEC 60947-2. The ACB should be capable for recording 10 fault history, LCD Display of current & voltage, Icu = Ics = Icw (1 Sec.) = 50kA with no derating upto 50 degree celcius on the existing industrial panel (With terminal adapter on load and line side of breaker), including bonding to the existing earth and making necessary connections with suitable size of thimbles as required by the Engineer-in-Charge at site and as per PWD General Specifications.
