Supplying and fixing of Pole clamp

Supply and erection MS swaged tublar pole with base plate and foundation bolt & nut and single ornamental bracket two coats of zinc chromate and two coats of aluminium / epoxy painting. Pole height 7.5mt. Pole dimension - 139.7 x 4.50 x 3000mm , 114.3 x 3.65 x 2250mm, 88.9 x 3.25mm x 2250mm bracket dimension 60.3mm x 3.65mm x 2700mm - 1no, base plate dimension 300mm x 300mm x 10mm. with stiffner plate. Overall height 9 mt. Including excavation of earth 750 x 750 x 1500mm and cement concrete 1:2:4 - 750 x 750 x 1500mm for filling and capping above ground level 450mm dia x 600mm height. One coat of zinc chromate and two coat of aluminium/epoxy painting should be done after erection of the pole and inclusive of suitable length 1.50mt.- 2 nos. of 40mm dia medium class GI pipe for cable raising.

One coat of zinc chromate and two coat of aluminium/epoxy painting should be done after erection of the pole and inclusive of suitable length 1.25mt.- 2 nos. of 40mm dia medium class GI pipe for cable raising.

Earthing with G.I.medium pipe 3.0 mt long and 40mm dia including accessories 250 x 50 x 6 mm G.I clamp with 12mm bolt, nut and washer for connecting earth wire, RCC ring enclosure and cover plate complete as required

Supplying and drawing of 2.5sqmm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed, PVC/steel conduit/PVC casing and capping as required Make: Finolex / Polycab

Fixing testing and commissioning of Sodium vapour/Mercury vapour/Metal halide street light fittings on existing poles as required

Supplying and fixing 6 amps to 32 amps rating ,Single pole,240 volts,'c' series,miniature circuit breaker suitable for lighting and other loads of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.Make:ABB/L&T Hager

Supplying and making end termination with copper gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required:4 X 25 Sq.mm

Fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of one no of Timer and metering panel board for the power supply of over all size 1100mm x 650mm x 250mm made out of 16SWG thick cold rolled M.S. Sheet. The front side compartment have energy meter with viewing glass with 10mm hylem sheet. The back side compartments with 40 – 63A rating, TPN MCB, “C Series, 10KA breaking capacity (Make – Siemens/ABB), 1no. of Timer switch (Daily) analog with battery backup to 200hrs. (Make – L&T – Hagger/ Legrand - Lexic), 1no. 60A power contactor (Make – C&S), 1no. of toggle switch (Make – C&S), 3nos of signal lamp (Blue, Red, Yellow). (Make – Siemens/C&S/ L&T/Teknic). The switch units are to be fixed with in the allotted size in the 10mm hylem sheet. The bottom sheet of the shell should be of 16SWG thick cold rolled M. S. Sheet with brass gland for cable entry. The panel has to be mounted on the floor with in the height of 375mm.
