6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine aggregate)

providing and laying unscreened gravel boulders to a specified consolidated thickness for sub base course including staking to departmental gauge on road side for pre measurement. The volume of stacks calculated as per actual measurement shall be reduced by 15% for looseness in stacking to arive at the net quantity. The rate shall including labour charges for spreding and hand packing to required camber and graded, and rolling with power roller hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed, and the cost of bouldrs etc., complets as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum/gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by mechanical means - Water bound macadam Gr-I with Gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen - VG30

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. On the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 - 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material and using bitumen - VG30

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Providing and fixing of 65 mm Navatal lock of 7 levers with 3 keys etc complete

Providing and erecting precast RCC compound wall of 5cm thick cast in with RCC 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand :4 Graded stone aggregate of 10mm and down size) with required reinforcement with TMT bars. The Vertical precast RSS 1:2:4 post of size 0.12 x 0.12 x 2.1m reinforced with 4 Nos. of 8mm dia TMT bars longitudinal and ties with 6mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c at the intervel of 1.85m with a foundation concrete of 1:3:6 mix of size 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3m over a leveling coarse concrete of PCC 1:5:10, 10cm thick. the Precast panel wall of size 1.90 x 0.3 x 0.05m made up of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 12.5cm c/c for main rods and 6mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c for distributors is to be provided for a required height. The joints between RCC post and panel wall is to be pointed with cement mortar 1:3 . the rate to include all the material and labour charges etc., complete as directed.by.the.Engineer-in-charge.
