Labour charges for erection of Distribution transformer Double Pole (30' RCC pole) structure complete including erection of 30' RCC pole excavation of pole pit and concreting 0.6 x 0.6x1.5 mts and coping 0.6 x0.6x0.5 mts in 1:2:4 ratio using 20mm HGB metal, fixing of DP structure materials, AB switch,HG fuse, LAS pin Insulator and construction of earth pit, copper wire No.8 for earthing of all metal parts and transformer LT earth bush, LAS and jumpering of HG fuse arrangements. Painting two coats of Aluminimum paint for all chanel, metal parts, formation of central support for transformer, Including cost of 30' RCC pole, concereting materials, structure materials with clamps for 30' RCC pole,central support channel, H.G fuse materials, 22 KV AB switch set, 22 KV LAS set. Copper for jumper, 22KV pin with Insulator. No.8 copper and 50 mm G.I pipe for earthing.

Supplying and making and termination with copper gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheated/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required: 3 1/2x 120Sq.mm.

Earthing of pillar box with supply of earthing materials like No.8 copper wire, 50 mm G.I pipe etc., (2 pit)

Supply & fixing of 'V' cross arm MS 100 X 50X6 mm with two coating of primer & aluminimum paint with clamp, bolt & nut etc., as required

Supply & fixing of H.T Guarding for an average span length of 75 mt

Supplying and making and termination with copper gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheated/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required: 4x 25 Sq.mm.

Supplying and making and termination with copper gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheated/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required: 3 1/2x 400 Sq.mm.

Laying of one no. PVC insulated and PVC sheated/ XPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of exceeding 120sq.mm but not exceeding 400Sq.mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required in mud road.

Supply & fixing of 5'6" channel cross arm with clamp.

Supply and errection of 6 way 600 A Distribution pillar box (As per specification enclosed in Annexure-II)
