Providing and laying 25 mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade ( VG-30)of bitumen,@ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH (LatestRevision)specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm. size black hard hand broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.

Carriage of excavated earth & debris etc. by mechanical means and disposing of 5 Km away from the work site as directed by Engineer-in-charge including loading and unloading etc. complete in all respect

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structuresas per approved drawing and technical specification and as per clause-301 &304 of MoSRTH specification for road & bridge works (Latest Revision ) in all kinds of soil including moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the works etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation of structures with sand as per approved drawing and technical specification and as per clause-2100 of MoSRTH specification for road & bridge works (Latest Revision ) including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of sand with labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only).

(B) Sub structure of C.D.Works & Drain wall

(A) Foundation of C.D Works

Priming one coat to wall surface with water bound cement primer including cost of the primer with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with labour and T&P etc. required for the work complete.

Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade, make and quality with brush to interior wall surface after cleaning the surface including cost of paint, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Painting two coats with any approved weather seal coat (I.S.I.) paint of approved quality shade and make over a coat of priming with water bound wall cement primer (I.S.I.) to wall surface including acrylic putty with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Straightening bent up or coiled M.S. rod or HYSD steel (Fe-415 / Fe-500), cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required), the M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as per drawing & design required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete as per approvrd drawing and technical specification and as per clause-1600 of MoSRTH specification for road & bridge works (Latest Revision ) complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. rod or HYSD steel only. Steel bars of only MAJOR INTEGRATED STEEL PLANTS like SAIL, RINL, TATA, JINDAL & SHYAM STEEL etc. of Fe-415 / Fe-500 grade are to be used in the work & if required original bill of . steel has to be produced by the contractor)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area over road surface. , Thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

R.C.C. work of Grade-M20 in following works using 20mm size & down graded hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry in specified proportion including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing, centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position.

Supplying, providing and applying tack coat Cationic bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting) complying with IS:8887-2004 spraying with the help of a self propelled pressure sprayer to spread uniformly @ 0.20 Kg /Sqm over the cleaned prepared dust free surface as per Clause.503 of technica specification of road and bridge work MORT&H (Latest revision) and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
