Supplying, fitting and fixing of Industrial Vitrified tile in floor of size 600x600mm plain / ivory of approved make conforming to IS 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including basic cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. door & window grills, grill gates made of M.S. flat/square bar of approved specification design fitted & fixed including cutting the grooves in brick or RCC structure and making good to the damages with C.C. Supplying, fitting and fixing of Industrial vitrified tile of size 600x600mm in dado & skirting on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments using white cement in grating to match the shade of the tile etc. including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and labour, T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Part-A Civil Works RCC M20 having compressive strength of 20mpa, target mean strength of 30mpa, for150mm cubes at 28 days curing as per IS-456-2000 & I.R.C-212000 test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 20mm & down graded size crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of approved quality and from approved quarry & other materials as per section 302 of I.R.C.21-2000 & IS-456-2000 of approved quality including centering, shuttering & form works for providing smooth & water tight surface, hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 30 cm. compacted thickness, compacting with mechanical vibrators true to lines, grades as per drawing & technical specifications, watering & curing for 28 days including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all leads & lift, cost of all labour T&P, including labour cess but excluding GST & equipment required for mixing, transporting & placing in position vibrating, compacting, finishing & curing including all incidental expenses complete in all respect as per direction of the E.I.C. but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire & labour charges for bending binding & tying the grills Stair Case

Supplying, cutting, straightening the bent up M.S.
